Visual Healthcare Corp. is an information technology company that designs, creates, and develops modern information platforms specifically conceived for the automation of health care information management and the needs of health care organizations. VSHC announces that it has entered into an agreement to provide some of its smart distributive and inferential technologies to a group of new companies in the business of providing quality entertainment for mobile devices. These companies, part of a new generation of businesses in the entertainment industries, will rely on our proprietary enabling platforms to provide real smart tools to help mobile device users enjoy a more personal and satisfying experience when navigating complex film and music entertainment libraries.
Visual Healthcare Corp. are the sole owners of all intellectual property rights to all platforms, inference engines, software, modules, and applications that we have designed and paid for over the years. Our software maintenance and development is being contracted to third party strategic partners and contract software houses. We control planning, architecture, and quality assurance in all development work.
