Vendum Batteries Inc. (OTCBB: VNDB.OB) has already filed a global patent protecting its remarkable paper battery invention. We are now working on ways to boost the efficiency of the batteries and super capacitors, and investigating different manufacturing techniques, metal oxides, doping methods, using different nano wire types and looking at integrating photovoltiac technology. All additional future product releases will be protected by a global patent. http://www.vendumbatteries.com/pages/791/overview

I'm not happy people lost money here and everyone should decide at some point if the rewards out weighs the risk.
This patent is worth alot of money, it revolutionizes batteries in many areas where the market demands are...

Breakthrough patents, which explore whole new areas of technology, or are the first to find answers to long-standing problems, are the most valuable. Examples of such patents are Edison's light bulb, Benz's automobile engine, Cohen's polymerase chain reaction (PCR) patent, the first photocopier, or possibly an invention yet to come, such as a definitive cure for AIDS.
In these cases, the patents would be so innovative that they give the owner a complete monopoly over an entire industry and are extremely valuable, often worth billions of dollars. Although most patents never reach these heady heights they are nevertheless valuable in that they can force a competitor to start innovating to keep pace with new and improved technologies and products in the market, or conversely to a license from a patent owner who has will to do so. Incremental patents, which make only small advances over existing products, are usually the least valuable though this may not be always so. A question that is often asked in relation to an incremental or breakthrough patent when endeavoring to put a price on it is 'How much would my competitors pay to use my protected product or process?'

Ground-breaking nano-technology - a paper-thin sheet of cellulose infused with aligned carbon nanotubes that act as electricity conducting electrodes.
http://www.vendumbatteries.com/pages/791/overview
Ecological - no mercury, lead, chromium, cadmium or other heavy metals that are found in today's batteries, and no ozone-depleting solvents used in production; 90% composed of cellulose, the same plant cell used in paper products.
Temperature resistant - the lack of water content means it can function in temperatures up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and down to 100 below zero.
Biocompatible - the paper battery will eventually be capable of powering a small device such as a pacemaker or cochlear implant without introducing any harsh chemicals - such as the kind that are typically found in batteries - into the body. Early indications show that with further development, the paper battery could be energized by the electrolyte emitted from one's own blood or body sweat!
Flexible - the device can be rolled, twisted, folded, or cut into any number of shapes with no loss of mechanical integrity or efficiency. As development progresses, the paper batteries will be stackable, like a ream of printer paper, to boost the total power output. When power output grows, the paper battery will be able to be moulded into different shapes, such as a car door, a flashlight, or PDA, which would enable important new engineering innovations.
A better alternative - the paper battery will provide a low, steady power output, as well as have a super-capacitor's quick burst of energy - and while a conventional battery contains a number of separate components, the Vendum paper battery will integrate all of the battery components in a single structure, making it more energy efficient and lighter.
