My sense from having been a long-term shareholder is that LDSR is legit, but needs lots of help to grow (M&A), and get up to a more reasonable valuation (IR activities).

CEO of LDSR has been attending the Toronto conference for the last two years, and seems like he is trying to get an M&A arranged as much as investor interest.

Have not executed well so far, so let's hope it works out soon with VECT. If it does, they will take off.

Completing something, deals, audits, mergers has been an elusive goal for LDSR. But the signs are good, and the stock is at distressed, oversold levels imo.

It seems like they would have to divide the money between the shareholders and close it down. I don't see how it can sit there, but maybe that's how grey sheets work. I don't know anything about them.

Got an email from JA today confirming that Mina Mir is trying to facilitate a transfer of our shares over to LDSR. He stated we would NOT lose any money in the conversion, but nothing is finalized yet and their lawyers are working to resolve this issue. He could not give me a time line though.

Hey, Quid. I didn't ask that again since I asked it last week. Just asked if Vect was naked shorted and I just take their answer with a grain of salt.

These boards are so silly. Somebody mentioned a r/s on GBOE. Not me. I didn't bring it up. It's always a possiblity. But someone else asked what it was, so I tried to explain and got accused of being a basher. Screw them. If I get info on that company, I'm not sharing.

Doesn't Forward-Looking Statements give companies the right to lie through their teeth in order to steal money from shareholders? Look at Threasher Industries. I've never seen so much blatent lying. That's one of the worst I've seen and I've seen a lot of pure blatent lies from these companies. One I know was recycling the same exact PR's every year.
