CORPORATE SUMMARY
USCorp, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, USMetals, Inc., and Southwest Resource Development, Inc., owns and develops mineral properties and acquires the rights to explore and mine mineral properties in the United States of America for gold, silver, uranium, molybdenum, polymetal ores and decorative rock. We have interests in five gold and silver dominant properties – the 100% owned Twin Peaks project 141 Lode Mining Claims on 2,820 acres in the Eureka Mining District of Yavapai County, Arizona, three 80% owned properties consisting of 8 Lode and 21 Placer Claims consisting of 3,520 acres and one 100% owned property consisting of 64 Lode Claims some bearing Pink Rhyolite (decorative rock) and gold, on 1,280 acres in the Mesquite Mining District of Imperial County, California, which the Company refers to collectively as the Chocolate Mountain Region Claims.
