This board has no history of post removal based on hype or bash, just present the available facts as clearly as possible. IH's Admins tolerate no flame wars between posters, infact if you post a good on-topic post with great facts and conclude with a simple mention of another poster as a pumper or basher that post will be removed.
So please, post here and invite others.
Also note BIG changes at Tyhee have just happened, and a discussion on this is on-topic using common sense thoughts to explain or place possibles as explainations.
Solid posts without anger or name calling allows ALL posts.
Anyone to post with agenda to identify hypers and bashers will be better off elsewhere.
Bottom line, post information to help understand this company.

Tyhee Gold Corp. is actively moving its wholly-owned Yellowknife Gold Project towards production. A Feasibility Study, lead by SRK Consulting, is underway and expected to be completed by mid-2012. It will build on the positive Preliminary Feasibility Study completed in July 2010, which recommended operating at 3,000 tonnes per day.
The Feasibility Study will also consider an expanded resource as well as other updated inputs, including a more current gold price.

Nov 28 ... reports high-grade intersection
http://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/Tyhee-reports-high-grade-cnw-1813215110.html
VANCOUVER, Nov. 28, 2011 /CNW/ - Tyhee Gold Corp. (TSX Venture: TDC) (the "Company") announces that it has received the final results from its 10,000 metre (m) diamond drill program at Clan Lake. Results include CL209 which had an exceptional 885 gram per tonne (gpt) gold intercept within a 20 metre wide mineralized zone grading 24.71 gpt (uncut). This drilling was focused on the Clan Main Zone, filling a gap between two mineralized areas.

Thank you for acquiring the Moderator position of this board. I will continue to post news releases on the SI board http://www.siliconinvestor.com/subject.aspx?subjectid=34458 eventhought I decided to cease posting as Moderator of this IH board hoping another will take it over, as you did.
My TDC shares were obtained from a 20:1 reverse split from MGR shares, leaving me with an USA $2.60 average for the resulting TDC shares. While I never sold either MGR and TDC shares I have bought enough TDC shares at current low prices to bring down my TDC average to USA $0.65 with the expectation of selling only when the share price of TDC reflects a value of a strong gold producer in the years to follow.

TYHEE HOSTS COMMUNITY AND REGULATORY BOARD ON SITE OF THE
YELLOWKNIFE GOLD PROJECT
VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Tyhee Gold Corp. (TSX Venture, TDC) (“Tyhee” or the
“Company”) has, in furtherance of the permitting of the planned first new gold mine and mill
operation in the Northwest Territories in over 21 years, hosted representatives from the
Yellowknife Dene First Nation (YKDFN) and separately, representatives from the Mackenzie
Valley Environmental Impact Review Board (MVEIRB).
Representatives from the YKDFN communities of N’Dilo and Dettah came to site where they
met with senior management and toured the proposed development site, which is located on
YKDFN traditional lands. This trip was organized to continue to strengthen Tyhee’s relationships
as part of its ongoing commitment to consult with affected communities. Chief Sangris from
Dettah presented Tyhee personnel with the Yellowknives flag, which now proudly flies with the
Canadian and NWT flags at the site.
Board members and staff from the MVEIRB visited the site to familiarize themselves with and
gain an on-site perspective of the proposed development in conjunction with the environmental
assessment process for the project. Tyhee senior staff provided updates to current planning and
outlined some of the early findings of the ongoing Feasibility Study which is due to be completed
mid-2012. These discussions will continue throughout the environmental assessment and
subsequent regulatory phases of the Yellowknife Gold Project. .
Hugh R. Wilson, Tyhee’s V.P. Environment and Community Affairs stated, “The site visits by the
YKDFN and the MVEIRB provided them with an up-to-date look at the Yellowknife Gold Project
and a greater understanding of the project’s key aboriginal and environmental assessment
aspects. Together, we are helping to set a solid foundation for future discussions on how best to
develop this important project.”

TYHEE CONTINUES TO EXPAND ITS WHOLLY-OWNED
YELLOWKNIFE GOLD PROJECT, NWT, CANADA
VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Tyhee Gold Corp. (TSX Venture: TDC) (the “Company”)
announces that it has received initial results from its 3,000 metre (m) diamond drill program at
Clan Lake, extending the Main Zone 500 m east of the previously reported resource area where
it remains open to expansion (see table and map below). Recent results include 13.0 m grading
1.49 grams of gold per tonne (gpt) in CL198 and 1.0 m grading 14.06 gpt in CL200.
“The initial results show that the Main Zone continues to be open to the southeast. The final 15
drillholes in this program were focused on defining the mineralization near the established
resource to allow for inclusion in a revised resource estimate that will be incorporated into the
Feasibility Study,” reports Dr. Dave Webb, President & CEO. “The remaining drillholes have
been completed, are being processed, and will be reported over the next 4 to 8 weeks.
Operations have been suspended for freeze-up.”

Properties and Projects
Big Sky
The BigSky property is located 17 km north of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. The property is comprised of five mining leases covering 137 hectares (338 acres) and 20 claims totaling 1,853 hectares. The Ken claims, covering 193 hectares are subject to a 2% NSR, one-half of which can be purchased by the Company for $500,000 at any time. The Blue Claims cover 588 hectares and are subject to a 2% NSR, of which one-half may be purchased by the Company for $500,000. The balance of the property was acquired by staking and are not subject to royalties. The property adjoins the Giant Yellowknife Mine (past producer of 8 million ounces of gold from 14.5 million tonnes of ore grading 17 gpt) to the south and east, and the Bluefish hydroelectric power plant on the east.
The BigSky Property covers two different geological targets, a bulk mineable peralkaline granite-hosted low-grade target, and a high-grade shear zone-hosted target similar to the Con, Negus, Rycon, and Giant Mine models.
The latter target has been the focus of much the recent work, including 36 diamond drill holes completed in 2008. Curvilinear domains of chlorite, sericite, carbonate schists (Yellowknife Shear Zones) transect Chan Formation volcanics of the Archean Kam Group and the underlying Central Slave Cover Group. The YKS are predominantly north-striking and subparallel a suite of early Achaean mafic dykes. The YKS are in places mineralized with quartz, sulphides plus or minus gold. There are four principal mineralized YKS on the Big Sky Property extending over 10,000 metres from south to north are:
Oro Lake Shear Zone
Historic drillholes include:
208.1 gpt gold over 0.6 m (ddh 19)
27.8 gpt gold over 1.8 m (ddh 23)
9.9 gpt gold over 0.8 m (ddh 52)

Discovery Rediscovered
Tyhee Nears NWT Gold Production
By Ted Niles
It’s at a daunting latitude, yes, but those who fear Tyhee Gold Corp’s TSXV:TDC Yellowknife gold project is too remote might be surprised to find that the property has already produced over a million ounces of gold. Staked by prospector AV Giauque in 1944, the Discovery Mine ran from 1950 to 1969 and turned out roughly one ounce of gold for every ton of ore mined. Employing what has proved for so many junior miners to be the impeccable logic that what was uneconomical then is likely to be economical now, Tyhee bought the property in 2001 (by that point expanded to include six additional claims), and it hasn’t looked back.
President and CEO Dave Webb gives a brief timeline: “We acquired the property in 2001. In 2005, we commenced baseline studies for permitting. In 2008, we completed a preliminary assessment that showed the project was economic, and we filed our first request to the regulators for licenses to operate. In 2010, we completed a prefeasibility study. It was quite positive, and we submitted a revised operating license request. In May 2011, we went into the final part of the environmental assessment report and started our feasibility study. We expect to be through everything in another six to eight months.”

March 10, 2011 Smartstox.com Provides Overview of Tyhee Gold Corp. and Their Yellowknife Gold Project
http://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/Smartstox-com-Provides-accesswire-902398068.html
Vancouver, British Columbia, March 10, 2011 – The Smartstox Online TV Talk Show is alerting subscribers and other resource stock investors to the availability of an interview with the president of Tyhee Gold Corp. (TDC.V) available at www.smartstox.com/interviews/tdc.
Tyhee Gold Corp. is the largest property holder the historic Yellowknife Gold Camp, NWT, and has the largest exploration and development program underway in the region. A Preliminary Feasibility Study delivered last summer shows their Yellowknife Gold Project is economic, and it was calculated at gold prices much lower than today’s. The property is readily accessible by winter roads and has an 1100 m airstrip.
The Yellowknife Gold Project hosts ‘measured and indicated’ resources of 1.95 million ounces of gold, of which 811,000 ounces are classified as ‘proven and probable’ reserves; work is underway to both expand their existing resource and test new gold zones discovered this past fall. As well, several of the zones are open to depth and historic deposits in the region have extended far underground.
Tyhee is completing its environmental assessment report for the project and anticipates submitting it to the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board in Q2 of 2011.
David Webb (Ph.D., P.Geol.) is Tyhee’s President and CEO, as well as a Director of the NWT and Nunavut Chamber of Mines. He gave Smartstox a great update on the Yellowknife Gold Project in our interview available at www.smartstox.com/interviews/tdc.

All seven drillholes intersected gold mineralization.

My opinion is that President David Webb will not allow any business decision for Tyhee that will reduce his leadership position.
This means he will not obtain the money to quickly transform Tyhee from a gold exploration and development company into the phases to start gold production.
David Webb would rather take ten years until a revenue is obtained, and be the "ruler" of Tyhee, rather than obtain that revenue in two years and not be able to make all final decisions.
The current low share price reflects the approach Dave is following, this rather than a quick deal to have another established gold producer take control and accelerate in months what now will take years.

I think some large share holder is ticked because this latest action dilutes the stock to a point where a reverse split will eventually be desperately needed. Also, the company just sent a clear message with this private placement to raise cash that they fully intend on developing this site themselves and there won't be any quick profit to be made on a take-over by a larger mining company.
Some people just aren't that patient to wait this thing out. Dilution gets to be an ugly thing and some people will take their losses and move on to where there is faster action. A few well followed metals newsletters state that most of these junior developers will eventually be taken over by larger companies and will make for a nice profit. Well, this aint happening with tyhee so I assume the newsletter guys send out a sell recomendation to their followers to make matters worst.
Since it will be years before Tyhee can extract gold in a production mode to sell, the share price will remain where it currently has been, thus no reason to allow the cash invested to remain unproductive when a year from now the same shares can be purchased at today's price.
What do you think caused the recent drop in prices and large volume of sales?
My take on President David Webb is that he will not allow any business decisions for Tyhee that will reduce his leadership position in the transformation from a gold exploration and development company into the phases to start gold production.
The shares exchanged for cash dilutes our current share holdings but is required to reach the time when we obtain a revenue stream.
The current low share price reflects the approach Dave is following, this rather than a quick deal to have another established gold producer take control and accelerate in months what now will take years.
Its a trade off to obtain a quick nice jump in share price for a near term return in our investment, or a larger return long term as ownership is not diluted.
