You can get a letter from your broker I believe that shows them as a worthless stock and take it as a loss or wait it out until the unlikely event the corporation is sold and the price comes back up. Sell at the first opportune moment as they normally R/S so the new company can take advantage of their investment.
Exactly o’l PT was correct one every minute.
5 CENTS WORTH=omg the lowest trading fee out there is like $3-4
Yeah well ….. some one just bought $0.05 worth LOL & LOL again
Other than someone just bought $2.90 worth of stock, instead of grabbing a happy meal....
The former CEO made it clear that he had no plans here, and offered to sell ALL his shares to me!!!
SJJNAMARTIN
Any idea what is happening here ?? Glad to see some movement, this bag is hea veyyyy.
thanks,
HMB
Another thing, this is Friday and these POS Pink Stock go down on Friday not up. This is also where many close their trades for the week and is what makes me think this is covering not accumulating.
Not worried about it, everyone has their moments.
yeah you probably right, I don't mind holding this forever really.
sorry for being an a hole
I do not think it is accumulating I think it is covering. People need to just stop selling, at least until it gets back to the price they need to cover their own investment.
It will take some time but it will come back to over a penny minimum if people would just stop selling, look the ask keeps going up and it is still being hit.
Thanks but no thanks I have enough for now.
i bought more of this turd down here, now i have 80 dollars worth.. i can hand you over my shares if you can do better with them
Sorry either do I
But I really hope, this turns out good for shareholders, dont like to see anyone get hurt/lose $$$
anything could happen in Pinkyland
Mergers, Acuisition, Shell purchases
you just never know!
Sorry I do not have an account with PACER. For right now it is enough that they are still trading and someone wants them.
Quicksilver1 I have no idea but I think he needs to sell them to a qualified broker or investor.
Again if anyone cared enough to find out if COMMONS are even "Safe"...
This may get some life back into SHOEQ
otherwise, shareholders will likely have to wait until either the next pump, or a R/M into the SHOEQ shell
imo
They are worth more than this to him or he would have sold them to some one by now. They have to be worth more than the .02 this was selling for or he would have sold them then. I am sure he looked at what they were trading at when you contacted him, just like I am sure he tried to find a registered broker to take them off his hands when he found out it was trading.
Some one is still interested in these shares and they want more of them. Raise your ask and get your money back
Did anyone ever check PACER to see what the staus of commons was, in the Bankruptcy?
That would help alot here...
anyone have a PACER acct, that cares enough to find out?
Its nice for the shareholders to see their accounts up 116%
but with only around $500 traded today, this doesnt really count
Unfotunately, SHOEQ is just a shell company, for now!
The previous CEO tried to sell me his shares!!!
they cant be worth much to him
He did confirm he still has 2.75M
I AM SO LAUGHING MY ASK OFF some one is still running this or there must be some kind of short position.
Every one needs to raise their ask, a dramatic reversal is near.
Nowhere near enough shares have traded to cover the short position created on the 28th.
hey man we all know even Pigs FLY in PinkyLand
we have all seen turds in the AIR, just not pretty when the start droppin out of the SKY=LOL
I hope for all investors of SHOEQ that there is a happy ending to this story =4 REAL
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I'm out as of today, good luck to anyone else that bought into this one at last weeks high's.
SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE
Nice buying and a uptic.
tx for the DD man. . .
too funny, membermarked.
yeah I just saw that too. lol
Found this on another board
SHOEQ Possible R/M!!! SHOEQ READY TO BLOW OPEN AT .01 GET IN NOW BEFORE THE 200+% GAIN!!!!!!!!
New DD! - Float only 6M!
SHOEQ is Ultra LOW FLOAT Super HOT MOMO shell "Q" Play on its way to .10+
Shoe Pavilion Founder and CEO is currently holding 2,750,000 shares
Source: SEC Form 4
that would be cool, ceo sounds like a nice guy LOL. maybe we should make him an offer
I received a response from him as well...he did not offer to sell me his shares but he was a complete a**hole. Who knows what the future is here but I am certainly not as optimistic as I was on Monday. GLTA.
***Attention everyone***
I used to be the MOD here, and was very pumped up about SHOEQ, just look back at my stickies!!
Everyone needs to do their own DD,just like I did=
In his email replies Dmitry first asked if I was a broker...He told me that he would sell me all his 2.75M shares, he said make an offer...
now I cant see the shares being of any such valuation as we thought, if the CEO wants me to buy all his shares=DURRR!!
but hey.. I put out his response like I said I would, I was hoping, he would reply with interest in doing something with the SHOEQ shell, and even more hoping, he would do a R/M with DB shoes...
I dont think he has any interest in doing anything, except selling his shares if he even could!
BUT instead, of shooting down my ~DD~ down... I would just encourage any & all to do your own, and contact him yourseves, you now have his email address
I DID NOY POST THE BAD NEWS TO:
CRASH THE STOCK
I DONT WANT CHEAP SHARES, OR ANY SHARES FOR THAT MATTER
IF ANYONE KNOWS ME FROM IHUB, AND TWITTER, http://twitter.com/READY_2_PROFIT THATS NEVER BEEN ME!
AND ANYONE CAN TELL YOU... I DO NOT HAVE A BAD REP, LIKE SOME DO= I HAVE GOOD AMOUNT OF FOLLOWERS, AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WELL TRUSTED IN MY POSTS & DD
so make what you will out of it, I only posted it because as MOD I said I would update my inquiry to the board, I have, and now I did my part to be transparent, and truthful...
so now its up to others to do their own ~DD~
and make your own decision.
Steve
SHOEQ holding back orders!
Good DD.
Still thin .01 from these levels. A few hits on the asks at we're at a .01+ in the blink of an eye. Look at GAC*Q.
And then there is still these facts
Chap 11 $61M Assets, $27M debt, Equity $34M or $3.56
Assets $61M
Liabilities $27
Shareholder Equity $34M
Equity per Share = $3.56
So even if the assets were Liquidated they would sell for at least $0.01 of a dollar which comes to a minimum of $0.0356 a share but I'm pretty sure it would be much higher than that
If he told you anything pertinent to what he and or any associate(s) are doing with the companies (SHOEQ) assets and it has not been publically released that would be called "INSIDER TRADING" do you really think that someone with his previous background in bluechip companies would risk that financially and and his reputation and freedom, to someone he knows I personally find it harder he would risk "LEAKING NON PUBLIC PLANS AND OR INTENTIONS to someone he does not know
Not exactly sure what to make of info, but thanks for sharing.
HMB
Sorry to be the bearer of BAD NEWS!!!
But my response from Dmitry was absolutely horrible
see for your self, and as always confirm yourself

From what I gather, looks like SHOEQ just a shell, and the former CEO is looking to dump his shares, after I asked him several times
Bid building...could do a reversal end of day as a setup for HUGE reversal next week.
Just a little volume and the turnaround will be quick!
I think this may be toast...at least for now. Should have sold my freebies on Tuesday after getting my initial investment back Monday. Cost myself a lot of $$$$ here.
I wish I could add more now....crap, gonna miss these cheapies. Holding strong here, will pay off.
SHOEQ
It had a huge run-up the other day-went up 1000% twice in one day-and a bunch of folks bailed after hyping the snot out of it. Volume died off because their have been several runners, especially among the "Qs", and people's money starting spreading to other places. Folks playing momentum and taking their profits (as they should). These plays are risky and maybe MMs getting wise to the run on the "Q" stocks. I still feel there is some manipulation down but it is a low floater so potential remains. As always, this is just my opinion. Made a couple hundred the other day off a stock that ain't even in business so anything's possible in penny land. Good luck to you.
why this stock tanked...any idea????
Do you mind me asking what you got for contact info? I understand not inundating him but I've been chasing that info down awhile, ever since the Mod left. I found the BK number and have been trying to get some solidification on that. Found where SHOE got appproval for emergency liquidation and were to get 27% of the 36 million in estimated "liquidity" ($9 mil or so?) plus 75% of all sales of equipment and material assets. Funny thing is, I found a blog from Cali where a poster says he just saw a Shoe Pavilion in Chico. It was dated February 2011!!!
I have an email into the CEO but haven't heard anything. Others have said his emails to them were very negative but that's just hearsay.
Q's in general getting hammered today it seems. Maybe it's March Madness and here's hoping for the rebound!
Walking down the pps this low with the float virtually gone is like stretching a rubber band - we all know what happens when you let go of the band!
That's the issue with low floaters...very thin in both directions. Hardly any shares out there. 6 million traded Monday, over a million Tuesday, close to a million Wednesday. Low volume walkdown today.
