oh I meant that if you were checking a particular stock on the DE SOS phone automated system, and the stocks A/S happens to be in the billions I guess the system isnt set up to say billions so it will do it in thousands. ie 1.5 billion A/S for CTTJ is said as 1500. Well come to think of it I tried LDSD Leadingside inc and the system said 100 A/S for "100 Million" so maybe once it touches the 100 million mark it goes to smaller digits in millions. If you know what I mea n.

Yeah not sure on that. Ive never bought the report but I heard its a waste per a few posters but guess you will only know if you do buy it yourself. Maybe we can do a IHUB search for DE filings bought and see if someone actually posted a link with a "DE purchased report" that way we can see if it shows active or not. I just started doing this stuff but sort of odd that I found CTTJ on DE, NE, and CA's SOS. They are inc in DE but business is in NE but not sure of the CA(maybe it was the original inc state.) But I bet you will find extra info on LIBERTY PETROLEUM CORPORATION on other SOS's. Its bound to be on one. Sucks but I had to check about 45 of 50 lol. but it gets to be quick.

I'm interested in Liberty Petroleum Corporation info, there was a recent sec filing on Liberty Petroleum Incorporated F-1/A showing common shares to be offered at .10 minimum soon but they have yet to identify the stock symbol

it shows almost the same o/s as LBPE per nasdaq...around 46M shares, there's 2 mm available, mm CARR has been at .03 ask for a year now but bid has been stuck at .002 for sometime now

is CIK number the same as the cusip number?

Well you can get the A/S. Got to wait 3 or 4 minutes until the lady shuts up and she will ask you if you want a corporation's info. press 1 i think then the 7 digit # and the pound sign. It will tell most of the written info and the A/S.



havent tried pressing 8 but I will call again right now to check on CTTJ. been calling a few times a day.

Authorized shares on Delaware Corporations

Don't pay $20 to find out the authorized shares.

1. Go to:
https://sos-res.state.de.us/tin/controller

then search for the corporation.

2. Obtain the corporation number.

3. Dial 1-302-739-3073. When the recording answers, dial "8" then enter the corporation number and the computer will tell you for free.
