RTGV Update:

So much going on over the last few months. Digital Clarity is producing almost 2M in revs per year (900k+ in each of the last 2 Q's). Reggie has been promoted to take a more active role including getting the word out on RTGV. Fiona Bloom will be giving us a presence in NYC! Our Aderra partnership is very interesting and I suspect it will be very fruitful over the next 6-12 months. Artists appear to be signing up and our monetization system appears about ready to go live. I'm sure BMC/NUA will come into play soon. I'm still adding shares because .01 is a steal! I just wish I could buy up all the free shares and get rid of all the I-hubbers. The same old gibberish is getting very old...very!

RTGV Update:

The board is becoming a joke as I-hub scammers have taken over the board. It gets really old when good, honest investors are trying to discuss a stock and then you get 90 percent of the useless posts on there from the scammers teaming up to play their games. Until I-hub figures out a better way to run these boards, it's over.

Here we have a company about to revolutionize the digital rights market with their disruptive technology and we've got the I-hub idiots talking about the hourly price action or some other useless drivel. Hopefully they'll be gone soon and we can get back to a few smart, long term investors who have done their homework.

I for one am still adding shares and have never sold. Can any of these scammers claim this?

RTGV is still looking like a huge multi-bagger over the next 1-2 years. Load up now and enjoy the ride. Never invest more than 5-10 percent of your investing money in speculative stocks and never more than 20% of that money in any one penny stock. RTGV Update:

Stock continues to tank over the past couple weeks reaching new lows. It's become very obvious that we have a huge overhang of free shares to eat through. Sellers may take a break so we don't go sub-penny but then who knows. My main concern is trying to pitch RTGV to potential buyers when the chart and pps look like this. I'm very impressed where we're at with our business plan and model but we obviously screwed up with the management of shares. Don't know if ANHL was issued a few tens of millions and they've just become free trading or just a bunch of the millions of shares we've issued for various services. You wouldn't think it would be warrants as most of those would be selling for little profit or even a loss now. Thankfully I've got my shares and don't need anymore. Never invest more than 5-10% of your investing money in penny stocks and never more than 20% in anyone penny stock. If you do that, then you can enjoy the penny gamble and stop complaining everyday about what the pps is doing. It's hard to believe that some RTGV investors say they have millions of shares. Really? 50K-200K in a penny stock??? Based on the above philosophy, we have some huge multi-millionaires all over the RTGV board. And one who says he has several million has been one of the most negative on RTGV. Something doesn't add up. I've been on I-Hub long enough to know that a lot of posters play games and I think we have some of that going on (and have for a while). I really could care less because I could lose all my money tomorrow and just move on to the next potential winner. What the company needs to do is contact who they think is selling and see if we can get these shares back. How many are out there? Another 5-10 million? 20M? We're also at risk for losing some long time shareholders. If we continue with the selling and then add true longs, we'll be so far under a penny, we'll never recover. I've never sold a share and I plan on riding this out. Can RTGV rise from the ashes? Time will tell...

Still adding shares of RTGV at these bargain basement prices. With all we know about the quality of Digital Clarity and their impressive client list and with the BMC revenue I uncovered, RTGV is a steal at this level. No one on the RTGV wants to discuss real DD. It's rather bizarre that other than a few of the true longs no one ever comments on all these positives. Rather odd isn't it? Looking forward to the coming 8K and 10Q within a few weeks. Interesting action again today with over 1M shares traded. Hmmmmm.

Very impressed with the conference call after listening to the recording over the weekend. Digital Clarity has doubled their client list in the past 3 months with rapid growth expected to continue. BMC product list is cleaned up and was recenly a 2.5M revenue producer per year. Another 3 store retailer was just acquired. Dominic and Reggie provided excellent insight to our current and future direction. Very impressive team we have compiled and it's hard to believe a real company with millions in revs and a business plan that will likely be very cutting edge and in the right place at the right time can still be bought for 2 cents. Quite frankly it's ridiculous. Just simple valuation supports .06 to .10. I'm still a buyer and will be at this price. Looking forward to the 8K shortly and a very bright future over the next 12-24 months.

RTGV Update:

Nice 25% gain today on better than recent volume at least. Nice to be in the black! Should just be the beginning as an argument can be made that this should be trading more in the .08 to .09 range as they are building up 12M in cash and acquired companies and the O/S is only 134M.

It's possible but it's already made a huge run from cup with handle breakout. The volume is drying up a little and the last 4 days of action tells me it's in for a breather. Since I rode this from .049, I think the biggest jump has already occurred. Maybe if it drops back down in the .14 to .16 range, I'll jump back in. Hopefully for you it keeps on going right up over a buck!

I like NLEF in the next couple quarters also. Could be a big winner with time.

KATX Update:

Sold the rest of my holdings today at .248! A nice 4 bagger on that half. It think this run is just about over as the volume has been getting lighter and lighter. Nice 150% breakout and 400% overall return. Plus with 641M O/S the valuation is just getting too high. On to the next big winner now!

RTGV is basing nicely on low volume. It looks poised at any time to make a big pop with general accumulation ongoing.

The amount of work the company is doing is incredible. I really like some of the revealing JV's and tidbits that are on the website. I have to laugh at some of the ridiculous posts on the RTGV board. Does anyone do any DD anymore? Quite a lot going on for a .02 stock. No one wants to discuss the major deal that may be brewing or the JV's with multiple different companies. Or the launch of the iPayu system. Still adding shares at .02 or less. Another big winner in the offing!

I added a few more shares under .02 the other day and my current average is .024. I like the mid to long term potential here. I'm banking on a multi-bagger over the next 6-12 months with the potential for a monster in 2-4 years. I think this will take off over the next couple quarters and potentially sooner as we start to roll-out our products and get our joint ventures more visible.

KATX Update:

The cup with handle breakout is looking solid and my investment is now up 161% with Friday's close of .128. I suspect this short term breakout should be worth a sp of .15 to .20 before we start basing again. Very nice winner once again!

Now my holdings are up 120% since I bought at .049 on March 10th. Sweet! We just broke out of a cup with handle on heavy volume so I'm hoping this run will create another double or more like the last one. Up 34% just today on 11M volume.

Decided to double down last week and so far that was a good move as those shares are up nearly 30%. I still have many questions about this company and why all the information on this merger isn't out yet but hopefully there's much more than .02 of value down the road. Hadn't looked at this pump and dump for a few days and I see it's shaved almost all the ridiculous ride it had from the paid newsletter pump (up to .15 and now back to a nickel). Now reality is setting in that this company has no profit and is issuing shares left and right. Thankfully I made a much better trade with GOIG! Back to .02 most likely or beyond, especially when the A/S gets raised to 500M or more.

10K shows a net profit for the year with a 5% increase in revs and the potential for the purchase of a new terminal. ADNY may continue to awaken in 2010. Also the O/S is only 93M up 7M from last year's 10K.

10K shows another profitable quarter which gives them a net profit over the past 9 months. Still liking this one as a potential sleeper. Still adding shares under .05. Company has bought back nearly 500K shares since October. How about that! O/S is only 24M!!!

Took my FRHV holdings and put it in GOIG on Wednesday (thanks to TurtleBK) and since it's up over 200% I'll probably look at selling some or all of it today. We'll see how it goes. The winning streak continues! Gotta love it. It was a purely momentum play anyways. Always be happy with a profit of any size!

FRHV update:

I'm out! You can read my post on the FRHV board today. The lack of communication the past month should have been a tip-off. Thankfully I still made a little money. Now I've got more cash for a few others I've been looking at.

Up 60% on my KATX since I bought in March 10th! Chart looking stellar right now. Hopefully we'll consolidate with a nice handle and then bust out of our current base.

Certainly makes up for FRHV and RTGV today. RTGV is looking even fishier after today's shareholder letter. I tried to point out the shady details but everyone just turned a blind eye. We'll see what transpires in the next week. Right now it looks bad. Thankfully it's only one stock of many right now. Never invest more than you can lose on any particular stock. Some on the RTGV board seem way too heavily invested. These are lowly penny stocks after all.

So far no losers this year. Let's keep it going as long as possible.

The big time dilution is starting on EVRN. It was obvious as soon as the A/S was raised to nearly a billion. It's just unbelievable how many still think this is a good thing. Absurd. Raise the A/S, hire a promoter, start selling shares, make a ton and who cares if product ever gets to the market. EVRN will never go anywhere. It will never make enough money to be a good stock anymore. She's done!

Here's my prediction for RTGV:

I don't think I'll post in on the RTGV site because everyone has become a cheerleader with virtually no (actually I'd so zero DD) ever posted. And why is that? Because nothing is verifiable. It's all coming from the company. I've yet to see a piece of verifiable DD that anyone has come up with. I've tried but I can't even verify Digital-Clarity (no response from the company)

Here's what I think will happen. There actually will be a merger as stated but the 4 companies will only be doing marginal revs and profit will be slim or none. Everyone is expecting millions in net profit (at least they must be to support their .25 to .50 predictions in the coming weeks) and it's not going to happen. I think the CEO has done a good job of convincing everyone that big things are coming and maybe they will be in 2 or 3 years but looking at the websites of these companies I doubt they're very big and who knows if they're even profitable. But on the other hand we don't need much of a profit to at least hold our own. If we have about 250K in net profit, that would be about .002 eps x 20PE = .04. Enough to hold our price but no pop. What about if the profit is higher? Say 1.4M or about .01 eps x 20PE = .20 pps. I suppose that is possible but my gut tells me these four companies don't have much to them. Oh well, it'll be fun either razzing the longs or making a bunch of money.

HYII: horseshoes being manufactured. Trying to make another successful trade here.
FRHV: excellent young start-up natural/organic food company. Energy bars taste excellent. Selling in Walgreens around Orlando.
RTGV: Up nicely here. Do or die based on closing the deal by 3/31.
DJRT: Nice trade here on a sleeper. I still see this in double digits again this year.
EVOGF: Two huge gold friends are looking more and more likely. Doubled up recently around .80. This should be a multi-dollar stock later this year. Rattlesnake and Carlin!
KATX: Great looking chart! Making money already!
DPDW: Just a few leftover shares that didn't sell at .18. Maybe some year, I'll get a little more for these shares.

Sold my EVRN at a profit today. As soon as I saw that the A/S had been raised to a ridiculous 950M, I knew this stock was over.

More CMCA DD:

As I posted on the CMCA board back in January, CMCA had limited to no upside potential based on the company's own projections of 7M in revenue in 2010 and that was with an expected 89M in O/S. Now that the merger has really happened, we find out that the new company has 744M+ O/S!!!

I recalculated my numbers based on the new O/S:

7M in revs by 7% net profit still equals 490K

490K/744M = .000659 x 10PE = .0066 or 20PE = .013.

That's assuming they hit 7M in revenue and net a 7% profit. The joke of a stock was down 33% today when the new O/S came to light.

The odds are that this will go sub-penny.

CMCA DD:

I posted this on the CMCA board when it was trading at .07 and everyone just blew me off. Now it's off another 50%. Fundamentals do matter. It's now down to .037 from a high of .15 when the speculators were bidding it up. Even if they hit their rather lofty expectations imo, you can see the potential is not that great. The pps is at least low enough now where you could make a little cash in the next 12 months but who believes they're actually make 7M in the next year? They first have to build more restaurants, hire and train staff and then make a net profit of 7% just to hit the numbers below. CMCA will not be a big winner. There are a lot better potential winners out there. This is assuming that all the speculation about this shell is correct!

Just a numbers post:

Assuming this will become Monkey Rock and assuming they hit their 7M in revs over the next year (which would seem too soon imo), aren't we already fully valued? What's the average restaurant net profit margin? 4-7% on average?

Let's use 7%. 7% of 7M = 490K in net profit.

490K/89M O/S = .0055 eps x 10PE = .055 20-1PE would yield .11 pps.

I'm not sure where the upside is. Thoughts?

HYII DD:

Talked to Thoro'Bred today and they have begun manufacturing of Hybred's Horseshoes. Thoro'Bred did present them at the Cincinnati Hoof Care Summit earlier this month with apparently good reviews.
The horseshoes have been field tested by Thoro'Bred and they appear solid. It's just a matter of selling them now and seeing what the customers think and if the durability is there. Hopefully they're a big hit!

EVRN:

Bought some EVRN as it has finally fallen into a reasonable range and the chart is looking solid since it bottomed out. EVRN reminds me of FRHV at this stage. O/S is 3 times more than FRHV but price is also 1/3 of FRHV. DD is still early on in EVRN but they do have product and the CEO has been on Lifetime TV on one of their food shows. Others have taste tested the product and it sounds pretty good. Distribution is underway and should be ramping up this year. Looks like some good potential over the 12-24 months.

So here's another question. HYII signed a deal in March of 2007 with Thoro'Bred, Inc to be their manufacturer. Why are we in February 2010 and still waiting for the first shoes to come off the line? One thing good is that the O/S has only expanded by 19M since July of 2008 (at least through November of 2009).

Might be worth another look after making nice money the first time.

HYII DD:

Here's why I initially couldn't confirm that Hybred Intl was at the Cincinnati Hoof Care Clinic. They weren't there. Thoro'Bred, Inc their future manufacturer was there. I called Thoro'Bred and they confirmed that they would be Hybred's manufacturer but they had not started selling them yet. She also said that the 5M figure did not come from them. HYII said it was Thoro'Bred's number but Thoro'Bred said it had to come from HYII. Being that no shoes have even been sold yet, I believe HYII made that number up which makes their press release misleading at best. More DD is required.

Not a soul on the HYII board has done any checking into the latest couple PR's. Did anyone check to confirm that HYII was even at the Cincinnati Hoof Care Clinic? According to my sources they were not. I'm still waiting for 100% confirmation but like my previous posts stated, HYII may have been caught in a lie. And now they're reporting that they will do 5M in domestic sales this year. Right...LOL! Where's their plant?

I won't post this on the HYII until I get more info back from the Cincinnati Hoof Care Summit. If I get confirmation that they definitely weren't there, then I uncovered another pinkie scam. Everyone is all excited on the HYII board this morning because their PR states they'll have 5M in revs just from their domestic sales. Does anyone have any proof that they're even making horseshoes? Where are they being manufactured? And did they lie about being at the Cincinnati Hoof Care Summit last week? I'd like to be wrong because then more money could be made here (already made nice money from .005 to .02) but everything seems very pinkish.

HYII DD:

I was going to post this on the HYII board but I didn't want the Cincinnati Hoof Care Summit to be overrun by a bunch of IHUB posters. I checked to see if HYII was actually at the conference. And guess what? There was no record that HYII was actually at the conference. The lady checked both the program and computer system to see if Hybred International or Hy'Bred was there (this year or any year) and nothing. I even directed her to the Hybred Intl website so she could see it but nothing looked familiar. She said there was still a chance that someone else was there presenting Hybred's products but that's about it. She was going to check with a few more people that were currently at the conference and check back with me early next week. So the question remains; is Hybred International a real company? Right now, the answer remains no!

FRHV: Pros and Cons

Pros:
They are getting their product in at least a few stores that we know of.
If the products are good, we could have a winner long term.
Products are fairly simple and should be easy to manufacture and distribute.
If we believe the PR's, we're getting into Walgreens asap along with a discount store chain in Ohio (67 stores I believe) and a few others.

Cons:
SS (125M O/S is a lot for a small startup)
Rapidly expanding SS (47M in March to 125M on 1/25/10)
Gagged TA (again)
No IR
Slow response from management
No easy way for customers that have online order problems/questions.
Ordering webpages have errors and incomplete pages
Share price is already forward looking as they have limited revs right now and no profit.
Website has in accuracies and is sorely outdated (for example: their Organic Trade Association membership expired in 2008 yet they still say on their website that they are active members).
Very few have tried the products (are they any good?)

Bottom Line:
.02 is overvalued right now but it's a reasonable gamble due to recent distribution developments. Downside is probably limited while long term (1-2 years) potential is very high if the products are good.
The FRHV board is pretty useless for active DD. I wish we had a few more active DD'ers to track down some important facts.
I would not put a lot of money in this but a small stake (1 to 5% of your penny money) would be fine.
