Like I said in the earlier post, maybe TCA really "owns" RFNN now, since the 8K filing shows that the assets are sitting in a TCA account. We will have to wait for 2 weeks (or longer) to see what happens here.

No IR page on their website - says "This account has been suspended". Now the last bit of company info is gone, so we are REALLY IN THE DARK!

Only positive note - the recent 8K, that shows that they are filing some stuff with the SEC.

I really hope that they (CC) start to talk to their LOYAL shareholders soon. This is not fair and does not benefit anyone.

I'm still here. I've been pretty sick with lung issues and in and out of the hospital since late in May.
It's been hard to watch this mess but I am STAYING with yall through the tough times hoping for something better. These guys are definately fools to let so many opportunities slip by. So long as they "get theirs" I guess it just doessn't matter if we get our fair share of it.

Mobile payments to grow 44 percent in 2013

Technology research firm Gartner Inc. said in a mobile payments forecast that worldwide mobile payment transaction values will reach $235.4 billion in 2013, a 44 percent rise from $163.1 billion in 2012.

Concurrently, the number of mobile payment users worldwide will reach 245.2 million in 2013, up from 200.8 million in 2012. However, Gartner is lowering its mobile payment growth projections through 2017.

Gartner Research Director Sandy Shen said the reduction in its mobile payment forecast was due to "lower-than-expected growth in 2012, especially in North America and Africa," with the adoption of NFC technology in all markets remaining sluggish and mobile wallet initiatives such as Google Wallet and Isis "struggling to gain traction."

Have you seen the volume over the past 6 months? Any multiple trades IS something to get excited about! Especially on the BUY side. I am guessing that something big is coming, so don't sell too cheap!

It's only 52,000 shares don't get too excited. I'm tempted to dump off all my shares at this price to recover some bucks, but there isn't enough demand for shares for them to all go.

Yes, I have gotten the same warning from my home PC (Norton antivirus) but not from work. The RedFin store also has a virus. This is just another item that RFNN does not keep updated - just like the filings!

The only GOOD thing about this could be, but don't take this as "biblical", maybe and I do say MAYBE the delay could be because all their focus is on a purchase or BEING purchased. I can't think of any other reason for being so late.
