poor quality & stability loosing clients, no real customers,
out of cash, laid off staff not paying them, offices closed, tax office and suppliers screaming ... the writing is on the wall

As far as I'm aware (I have shares and have recently been in-touch with them regards rule 144 restrictions) they did intend to report. So I'm surprised it's down to being too cash strapped to file! Will see what I can find out.

I'm hoping the business is on the way up in the longer term and as you say they have lots of deals on the table and the new sales director is a tenacious chap. Closing down those subsidiaries and focusing themselves is a good thing (I think).

It will be very interesting to see where they are in 6 months and if the current climate impacts them.

In the mean time I'm personally looking to sell if the market starts trading in the $2.5-$3 range but that's because I need the liquidity to help bootstrap a new project.

Any news about what is happening with ROK Entertainment? I notice the CEO has changed and the share price is moving up and down. Have followed for a while but have difficulty in knowing whether this is a company on the way up or on the way down. Seems like they have a lot of deals, but on the other hand they have closed subsidiaries down this year and cannot afford to file their quartery to the SEC.

Anyone have any ideas about what is going on?
