mjmj has another 2-3 days of climbing. the way I see it is if there was not any profit taking after 100%... or 200% 300% or 400%, then I don't see tomorrow tanking just yet

I can't answer that, but one important thing to note is (1) tomorrow during the 1030 low, BUY IN.
(2) MDCN is OTCB, and if they aren't a penny pretty soon, they will not keep that.

Convertible debts dilution / their latest 10Q / manipulation / bashing / R/S followed by a dump and fear / failure to deliver a real estate closing.

all this combine created tons of weak hands and fear alone dropped this stock to trash. however, the reversal has begun on it.

I predict 0028-003 tomorrow before 945am EST followed by a profit taking plunge (27% monday/70%gain today). 003 was thought to be a floor, lots of people bought in, they will sell at first chance to break even after seeing -70%+ for weeks. Dump will take to about 0018-0023.

Thursday opens in red, big players load and let this rip. will be around 008-0.01 before the MM's decide if it's going to have another 0007 to 55cent run it previously had or burn everyone that thinks that.

either way, with 10k to invest, I cant risk a dump while im not paying attention and getting burned. therefore , I slapped 13m 5-7s today and decided to invest where volume, charts, and legitimacy coexist. guess today was a good day to do that seeing how there was randomly a buyback tweet. feeling pretty good:)

Would expect TPAC to be .001-0012 by tomorrow, perhaps .002 on Friday and .005+ if the float gets locked before then.

Look up INCC. Company went from .0001 to .0218 cents in a few months a year ago. No notes and the O/S went from 10 billion to roughly 900 million. I jumped in that @.0009 and rode it up to the top. It's a piece of shit now which lost most of its value and resides @.0012 or something close to that.

I typically don't like to say the word "penny" when a stick is still in the trips but.... I agree with your statement. This has a very good possibility of multi pennies. I think Bill has some really good things lining up, and we have the momentum to move mountains right now.

So is the company buying them back on the open market or at a premium from traders that are willing to sell them?

It depends how much the buyback is for. If it's for 500+ million the float will be basically around a billion. Take all those days of volume and consolidation and trips are a thing of the past, double zeros soon to follow. Hardest part is leaving the trips.

Good example is INCC. 10 Billion A/S to 900 million O/S. Stock went from .0001 to .02 cents in a couple of months, a year ago Same thing to follow with TPAC which should have a very similar float, expect TPAC future announcements will be take this past .02 in my opinion.

Hello fellow TPAC'ers, wait, that doesn't sound right. I guess it's better than TBaggers. Blue skies ahead for TPAC. So many people got scared today, very sad. I don't have the amount of shares you guys do but my 2M are locked down until penny land and beyond. CC tomorrow should be great for us and then next week the 500M share reduction will be icing on the cake.

Question for those veteran traders, typically what happens to share price after such a buyback? Personally I have never been through one.

TPAC was never below .05 and hit .25 before going back to .05 from 2010 to a month before 2014 started. Not out of the realm since the float will be not much higher after the reduction kicks in with much better news than they ever PR'd before. Great times ahead for us.

I can honestly believe if you hold several million shares you could make a million of this with the right contracts put in place. It's all coming together. I am very optimistic about TPAC. I believe this scenario will happen to me, you and others.

TPAC to close in .001+ by EOW. O/S reduction, no more conversions, only 1 note left which isn't due till August which means 50+ days of no dilution. Should be bought out before then. Contracts to be announced real soon as well as production to look forward to.
