It has come a long way since October. Now they are talking 2 million ounces, and hope to go still further. The step outs into Razor and Varley areas are now starting to develop some reality. The intervening 6.5 miles of ground has not yet been proved or disproved, but is seems like there will be some lenses at the very least within that package that will be creditable.

Pre-market no looky so good. Hopefully it's an aberration.
Recoveries? I think we can expect the stock to recover about 2 or 3 dollars.
I believe that Anglo Plats has done some metallurgy according to the geologist Dasler. He said that is was "normal" in its tests. I think that would mean about 88% or better for Pt. Nothing recovers like gold, so I don't think you can expect 90+ recoveries. It is more akin to base metals such as copper nickel with which it is associated. The Pt metals are often arsenide, sulphide and antimonides. they are compounds not pure metals so they are floated and concentrated. This deposit is very unusual as it is made up of the Pt group metal Meichnerite mostly.
REM
I like the sound of it. Good area, winter explo possible. Waiting for the drilling. Should be fair grade. Don't know about width but there should be some length to it judging by the boulder info. You never know.
In play. Not much market focus but a big hole could change that.
The market is stodgy these days as brokers are just getting into it, and the retail crowd is still weak.

What sort of recoveries can one expect? The 5g/ton over 50m sounds good. Is that 5g platinum or is it 5g platinum equivalent?
On another topic. Do you have an opinion on REM's recent discovery of Nickel at their South Bay Property near Thompson, Manitoba? I'm wondering how much can be drawn from the fact that grab samples graded 2 - 3.6% Ni ?
I took a sample 6.5 miles away from the main zone, and from what I know about Pt prospecting haveing done a bit in the Lac Des Isles area, where North American Palladium is, there is a good chance of Pt values. Hell there are Pt values in it. We know that.
The chance of it being huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge?
I would say finite.
On the other hand after 200 drill holes they may only double their present resource. That I would bet on. Betting on the huger huger, is also a card you could play. More probable than not.

mountain, but it's not mine mountain.
*sob* I kannot! I cannot post on your wunnerfull, wunnerful site, because I have nothing but a free memhership and this means I can only post in the free zone.
Do fish like platinum mines? Or fisherman. I suppose if fish do, so do fisherman, because you always see them hanging out together.

yo buddy come on over and post your story on salt spray, stick around and post some of your adventures
Bless those Yankee Fisherman's hearts. But you can tell they don't know a platinum mine from a salt fish.
I once caught a 110 pound Muskie off a dock. It was sunning itself upside down in the water. I thought it was dead, so I hauled it out by the gills. I am 6 feet tall, and when the head of the fish was at my head, the tail was still in the water. I flopped the fish out onto the dock and it came alive. Some fellows saw this giant fish flopping about on the dock and came down from the restaurant above and beat the fish to death with baseball bats. For a while it was an even battle.
When I caught a 36 pound Muskie in the same Lake, we threw it back as for the fish there, it was considered a baby. All the pike were 4 feet or more in length. The Ounaniche ran 5 pounds to 12 pounds and the rare pickerel were about 5 pounds. Lake trout ran to 60 pounds. In a nearby lake a pickerel ran 25 pounds. Brook trout were small but plentiful and very good tasting.
I have fished every good fish Lake in Canada. Some you catch a fish with every cast. Catch your limit in Pickerel and pike in the first half hour. For 2000 dollars I will fly groups into these lakes, if all expenses are paid.
