If the transfer agent did as instructed, yes. The record date was March 27, and those who held stock at the close of that date would get the distribution.

So if anyone had shares of stock as of the record date (March 27), they may get some determined $$ EVEN IF they sold all share after the record date? just a curiosity question.

If you had shares of stock as of the record date (March 27), then I'd be watching that website for updates or clicking on the link in the upper right corner labeled "Investors" and finding contact information. It may take time to sort out who those shareholders of record were, so be patient.

Someone managed to sell 1.9 million shares for .0085, a 93% drop, but some money is better than no money. The buyer lost 100%....jeebers.
