I've been looking for that article for months. Thanks.
I'm not exactly sure that the technology has arrived, but my stepfather who was a petrologist, excellent scientist, and corporate executive thought some twenty yrars ago that pressurized steam injection at 1000 degrees F in one hole combined with liquid hydrogen pumped down a parallel hole would crack the oil shale.
Incidentally, USCI has the portable steam injection system and HYVR has a portable hydrogen producing unit. Drilling of the holes would be the major expense.
Check into this and make us the richest men on earth.
