Excellent news. This con artist stole a lot of money from my account.
Just so people know Fuselier has been brought up on charges by the sec for his handling of nlef and ifcr. Apparently false numbers on filings. More info on ifcr site.
Dont believe anything is going to happen here. Fuselier is selling houses in New Orleans
from another site, from a conversation with CEO Fuselier.
"lastly nlef is coming back out but not until after oct. 16. they have signed a letter of intent but had to wait 2 years. oct. 16 is 2 years. thats all i have. hope it's something. completely wore me out.
Does anyone know the date this was delisted?
TIA,
Jimmy
I wonder if he's might be worried about his house burning down soon? lol Sometimes people do these kind of things and in todays day & age its not like people are hard to find. What a crook karma solves all in time - my sweet tooth got the best of me on this stock
tax write off time
CLOSE YOUR EYES WHAT DO YOU SEE
Lol same as before. Money gone
So what happens now?
DF is full of crap. Spoke to him on the phone some time ago. Promised to send me some left over New Leaf Tea. Asked I wanted to buy into the company as he needed cash before his big loan came in. Should have dumped all at that time. Sold of 1/2 and got my money back but still feel like a looser on my 1M of stock that is worthless.
No dumped in the last press release
Shotcaller - So, did you lose?
Ironically, those were the exact words I used when I posted over 2 years ago that David F was "stringing you [all] along". Any incoming CEO who hires ex-employees that the company already owes money to for contract work on a promise to repay them all that is owed to them and then STILL doesnt pay them for the new or old work is crooked. I warned you all but you all laughed at me and said we were just disgruntled employees. Disgruntled or not, we were right and you should have dumped way back then...you might have got away with something.
Nice post...all true. Except DF is an A#1 SHYSTER! To put it nicely. His job is to salvage the investment of stakeholders, not shareholders. The more he appears to be working hard (streams of BS filings) the more he is working to get those stakeholders their money back. He used the loan money here to pay for the Master's acquisition and is now pocketing the revenue (call them, they're doing great!). Yep, his job IS TO GET RID OF THE STOCK!
I lost $21K here, but made $26K in §IFCR before I said I'm done with this $%#hole! If you're in that one and think something good is going to happen...think again.
And he's a southern-fried shyster, too! Will talk a bunch of smack right to your face on the phone. A real pro. So again, you're right. All the way to actions speak louder than words.
I saw the signs, looked-into his F&Co operations. I thought, "This just looks like a salvage operation. Well, maybe he will do good things for shareholders with New Leaf." HA! Yea, I learned.
Master's has almost $2M in assets. Shareholders got ziltch.
§NLE..ohyeahitsgone
ps- And the board title has not changed to (fka NLEF) with the ticker dropped...no one cares!
I've taken some bad losses. But none of my pigs have ever just delisted!
I agree with you U2 I hope DF doesn't do the same thing with IFCRE
It's kind of interesting - kind of - to go back two years or so to read the posts of how "positive" many of us were about this stock. "Going up, up, up!" "Looking good." we said.
We were so thirsty for financial (or any) information that we gave credence to something that didn't deserve it. Many of us strung each other along, with the prediction of good news coming just around the corner, when the person we really needed to hear from, Mr. Fuselier, remained silent. We ignored this silence and took it as a positive, even when he gave us little reason to do so.
We ignored months of no change in price or activity, the decision to discontinue the only tangible product they had, the issues with their PR firm, employees who quit or did buyouts, the companies supposed litigation with a supporting company, and the CEO ditching some of your calls. And of course, the failure to put out financials for months on end. If the financials were grossly positive, why would there be a delay in posting them? Yes, the signs were there, but we chose not to listen.
As with many of these pennies, the hypemen that troll these boards started the engine, and we kept it running, even after they had long jumped off.
Like you, I went from hoping to double or triple my money, to hoping to just get a profit, to hoping I would get my original investment. When I saw the number of posters go from the tens to several, and then to just two or three, like you I thought: "DF is not going to do us this way, is he?"
I lost too, but I consider this is a great learning experience on many different levels.
DF basically treated us like the schoolgirl that strung us along, let us believe she liked us. And we complied and waited for her, only to find that she was dating someone else the whole time. Then we kick ourselves for ignoring all the warning signs that are now so glaringly obvious.
I can't be angry about him, and I do not even want to hear from him. I doubt he cares about me or his business reputation and integrity. I'm sure he knows that if you succeed today, no one cares about past failures.
However, he gave us all a valuable lesson - learn to criticize, scrutinize and question what the people that head these companies say and do, as well as what they don't say and do. Never fill in the blanks with these guys. And remember that penny stocks are The Wild West of the stock market.
$23,000 down the drain. Made-back $13,000 on his POS §IFCR, though!
Burn in HELL DF!
§NLEF
Yep. Now he's free to merge the assets with another co and make his killing without those "pesky shareholders" getting a cut. Stakeholders get their return, as per the contract. Orchestrated like a "dove".

Just having some fun with the boys
What a PU$$Y CEO !!!
What is a M shares of NLEF worth? Nothin......What is a M shares of the reputation of its CEO worth?
Can NLEF get off the greys by catching up on filings?
No
It could. However, the SEC is already proceeding to revoke its registration altogether. As in "Symbol Not Found". Not even grey.
Can they even afford to audit 2012, 2013, and 2014, and review the Q1 and Q2 of 2015 before they get revoked?
Also, why did they ignore the warning the SEC sent in June of 2014? Its 15 months and the issuer snubbed their noses at the SEC by continuing noncompliance.
My guess is it gets revoked 99-1.
Can NLEF get off the greys by catching up on filings?

Any data out there folks? If there is even a blink of a chance DF will launch a product this stock will sky rocket. As a "holding company" we will have to wait and see what else he buys and clear his debt. I see .08 with better holdings.
there are no many shares down here :)
.0009x.0016 and no shares on ask - could run big from here NLEF
NLEF this is huge! grab any shares while you can imo http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?nlef
Awesome news NLEF - still expecting a run back to .01
huge news load while you can imo :) DANBURY, CT -- (Marketwired) -- 10/06/15 -- New Leaf Brands Inc. (OTCBB: NLEF), a holding company seeking to acquire select regional or segment brands, today provided an update on its efforts and a correction to a previous press release.
In its press release dated June 10, 2015, NLEF provided a status report concerning actions the Company pursued to remedy its relationship with the lender. Since that time, we have negotiated with the lender and are reasonably confident that the substantive outstanding issues between the parties will be settled favorably. The lender has agreed to allow the Company to create a new subsidiary that would be free to seek financing for acquisitions by the Company.
New Leaf's CEO, David Fuselier, stated, "We believe this is an important step toward funding our acquisitions. To be clear, our ability to execute on our strategy is dependent on this crucial structure. We have reviewed small operations in New Jersey, New York and Florida for acquisition. The revenues of these operations are between $1,000,000 and $3,500,000. To date, we have not signed any letters of intent."
Additionally, management reported that it continues to manage the Company's legacy New Leaf creditor claims as well as creditor claims resulting from the closure of its distribution operations in Maryland.
The Company also issued a correction to its June 10, 2015 press release. In that press release management stated, "We have discussed in great depth with our legal counsel and with regulatory authorities our follow on courses of action." The phrase "discussions with regulatory authorities" should have been stricken. "While we have had great detailed discussions with our counsel, as we should, we have not had discussions in great depth with regulatory authorities other than the one with which we are regulated," said Fuselier.
Snapple has semi-sweet tea. DF pay attention!!!
Who out there has a bottle of New Leaf? I need one for my shelf in my office. Someday they will have it again in a store. I cant wait forever damn it!!!!
Looks like IFC* just about finished. I'm thinking DF will turn his attention over here soon. Pump it up to get some $$$ out
I don't drink, I just am trying not to show my pissed off angry face. Move the damn company to Colorado or Washington and make some "mixed" tea. Sell the dang company to me and I will put it back on the shelf and a "limited" market like they should have in the first place. How about selling only oganic anti oxident teas? Geez the opportunities are endless.
He's busy selling shares of his other stock.. Shhhhh soon that will be too bloated to move and he will come dilute this one.
I get drunk, too, sometimes....
§NLEF
Where ooh Where are you tonight, (df)? Why did you leave me here all alone? I search the world over and I loved New Leaf.....You bought another and &*()*&)_(*)(* YOU WERE GONE!!
