Update - 9/20/18 - 11:30 AM CDT
GRW - Buyer/investors yesterday have offered terms that we probably will reject. Another buyer is looking today, with a third waiting in the wings. Praying for a solid deal and quick closing.

I met with the pubco folks yeaterday at length, and the deal looks very promising. If consumated, NHE and CMKM/NHHI will have the chance to buy shares at a discounted price, and ride the stock price upward. The pubco guy believes that he can take the stock from pennies per share to $3 - $5 per share within 18 to 24 months. Let's see how this deal develops.......

Update - 4/2/18 - 8 PM CDT
CMKM/NHHI - I have an accepted and firm contract on the CA lot seized by US Marshall auction in February. Closing set for latter part of April. This will be a huge breakthrough if we can get the sale closed.
GRW - will decide which option is best for NHE this week and move forward with full or partial sale.
Proctor - will move forward with 1W repair as soon as funds flow.

Update 2/28/18 - 12 Noon
Good news from Proctor - power is on with no damage to our lines or power poles. Pumper turned on well 1B and it pumped a little oil and then water. Well must sit for a week to perform a fluid level test. The well still needs to be fracked to produce substantial oil.

Another call today at 3 PM to discuss the potential sale of GRW and Townsend leases to raise funds to finish Proctor work.

Incredibly, the US Marshal deed has still not arrived at lawyer's office. I just called and they expect it today. Upon receipt will call realtor and hope to get a buyer signed up quickly.

Update 2/26/18 - 12 Noon
The area around our Proctor lease was hit with an ice storm plus an additional five inches of rain over the past 10 days. Power is out at Proctor, and our pumper is trying to assess the damage, but the lease is too wet to access without tearing up the pasture. Not sure how long it will be before power is restored, and whether we sustained damage to our part of the power system.

Conference call tomorrow regarding potential offer on GRW and Townsend leases. We probably need to sell them to generate capital to fininsh Proctor.

Update 2/19/18 - 11 AM CST
Today may be a holiday for some, but no time for holiday here. This week is very critical for both CMKM/NHHI and NHE for many reasons.

I sent scarce funds to get the US Marshal deed on a property seized by NHHI. Hope to get the deed quickly so that we can presentt the property to buyers and (hopefully) get a quick sale/closing.

Other NHHI assert seizures have been slowed due to system corruption and red tape. As a result, I am taking the recovery process to a higher level this week. Will discuss more as able.

NHHI asset recoveries will be a huge boost to NHE progress, as both companies can j/v and move forward together. Pray with us for a successful week of major progress.
