Yeah been playing shells for a long time. Losing a lot of them as of late due to what appears to be the SEC taking action on the dormant ones with blazing speed compared to years past. I also have noticed the ones that I bought after an RM even with great growth are getting no attention. The penny market as a whole in my eyes does not seem to be what it was 10 years ago.

Bought a boatload of shells years ago. Small positions...just kind of a "lottery ticket" approach. Only had one that paid off. The rest have evaporated in one way or another. Just a couple remain. I don't buy them anymore. This NCMV situation is certainly unique, I must say. Never had one go out like this. Guess I'll take my 3.5 cents down to Burger King.

Another one bites the dust. Unreal had high hopes when the name change happened. My shells are being killed one by one. Guess instead of shells they should be called targets? Why do the RS if the company is being delisted. No value in the shell anymore. Then whats up with the .035. If that was after the RS if there were 1000 shareholders with a fraction of a share that's only 35.00 on a payout. Why go through the trouble. Seems like if that was the case they should have just delisted the shell and be done with it. Also, wondering why they did the name change and then put out a filing recently. Really weird....

I hope you are right, but the word "fractional" spells doom to me, since fractional shares can only be created by a reverse split.

Yes and no. It was more speculation as to which Schwarz biz. The latest shareholder nol protection doc came out more recently and using that address we can nail some things down a little more specefic imo And the NCM Services in his bio is newer as well i think. If nothing else we have a more current picture of what the funds value is

db7, that info was thrown around these parts over 2 years ago http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=49944141 by "zen" who brought the Geoworks board back to life, so to speak. If you go back and read those early posts from zen there's lots of interesting speculation that unfortunately has yet to manifest itself.

The dots seemingly pointed in the direction of MS's hedge fund reverse merging into this shell and going public but that was a long 2 years ago and nothing yet.

Hopefully a good business will eventually go public via NCMV and us shareholders will finally be rewarded for patience far beyond the call of duty, at least in my case. Good luck to us all.
