The TextKills Agreement (Apps):
The Text Kills Crew has been taking its message about the perils of texting while driving to the streets with the Text Kills Bus. The mission is to raise awareness and increase public safety through presentations, a Texting Driver Simulation, Texting Driver RC Simulation course with obstacles and distractions, and taking individual pledges from people to not text and drive by having them sign the bus. Text Kills is also involved with anti-bullying and fundraising. They are a non-profit organization and are very involved in the community.
Outlined in the agreement below, Text Kills assigns to Monster Arts full rights to the Text Kills DBA, full license rights to use the trademark Text Kill® and transfers into possession the Text Kills Tour Bus, as well as any other Text Kills assets that may be reasonably required in connection with rendering of the services outlined. As full compensation to Monster Arts for its rendering of the services to Text Kills, it has been agreed upon that in addition to 3rd party expenses, 50% of “Net Revenues” generated for each applicable Event or Appearance and merchandise sales will be paid to Monster Arts, Inc.
As a key element of the outlined services for Text Kills, Monster Arts has also agreed to develop no less than five different casual games that are branded towards Text Kills, that will be used as fundraising tools, and to increase collection of data from the groups numerous supporters.
