Fairly_New, You really need to read the filings on this one.

The potential for rampant dilution is astronomical. The worst I've ever seen. And I don't see any active business going on as their office is in Seattle yet the two major share owners are in China. This is an unworkable situation, IMO.

Personally, I have absolutely no interest in this stock. So there is no need for you to respond to any of my prior posts.

I was the mod here for just long enough to do my DD. I didn't like what I discovered so I walked away. Please do yourself a favor and READ THE FILINGS!

...but I am basically just looking around all of the time, examining 50 to 100 stocks per week. Trying to find a good one.

Perhaps it was because the company is based in Seattle, and I am close enough that I could actually go there and check it out, get face-time with the principals and ask questions, etc.

But since no one answered my multiple forum inquiries for more (ANY) info, my interest of last week has subsided substantially.

But I have done some DD here. I use Paypal every day of the week. And I am familiar with five other major international online payment services. Cardtrend is not one of them. So they don't look to be a player in that market. Not even visible, which tells me they are not trying very hard to advance their biz plan and make money.

I also noticed that the two principal insiders, who reside in China, own a boatload of shares. Typically, an insider ownership of about 20% is ideal because it gives them "skin in the game". But these two own way-WAY too many shares. If this company actually started to become successful they would just start dumping their shares daily to rake in personal profit. They have so many shares, I am sure, they will never run short of shares to sell. They didn't have to setup the share structure the way they did, but having done so it reveals something extremely important about the company.

This is what it looks like the company is setup for; to enrich two individuals who live in China. And they're not doing much to help the process along as they just own basically free shares and that is all.
