looking myself now. used to use quote media.com but they changed format so can no longer use them.if i find something i'll let you know, please do the same.. generally they start off at conversion or higher and quickly run downhill,generally.
i see the ask has been moved to $5.00 not that it means anything.

agree has all marks of a scam even to issuing restricted stock,r/s etc.what i'm trying to say is this time i did not see dumping after it became clear that something was amiss.that is when most scams will pr moon,pass shares to promoters,dilute etc.look at the small number of shares traded since r/s pr.someone is holding 29 mil and the door is being held open at .004[down 20% from r/s] for all wishing to sell.while slick might be appropriate smart might also apply.they had the right product at the right time and should have made a bundle.who knows what happened? i'm sticking around to see what follows,should be interesting.

You should check out pinksheets.com. you can check out what they have done in the past in the past 5 years 3 name changes and at least 2 reverse stock splits including one at 1 for 50 and 1 for 100 reverses. These guys are slick.

i.4 million shares traded since r/s announcement say 1/2 buys leaves 750k float bought up.is that all there is? anyone who wanted out for.005 should have had no problem.will wait to see if they r/s the a/s but so far co has not done anything too outrageous.

so far as i can tell it is not settled yet,i believe by law they must release news at a set date before acting. some co go for months after r/s pr doing nothing.[see TGLE] will be interesting to see if they r/s all shares not just restricted or os.odd that pps has not fallen further than it has.

my understanding is that it does not cost much for a transfer agent to by or sell stock. still it does cost, so some unseen company hand is at work here. for some reason the pps has stopped sliding,the web site has been tinkered with,the product is timely,the ta has been paid and no one has been lied to or cheated.

I am still confused about the ownership of this company and their relationship with Bioquest and just what they are up to. I bought in first @.85 just before it peaked and began to drop. those safe harbor statements are usually boilerplate against all eventuality's of harm to co. while it does look like we have lost our money, this co did not act like most other pennies and we may still stand a chance. the ta is not gagged there has been no dilution or increase of float or os.some few shares are still traded but that is true of all but the deadest stock.good luck

It also gives you a message that says that the certificate is not valid so if you check the certificate you see that BioQuest has owned the certificate since 11-2006. So...The new CEO of BioQuest is Arne Rotne ll, the same one hired to run Nutralogix in 11-2006. The website began working again just after Mr. Rotne took the CEO position at BioQuest. If you look at the Safe Harbor section of several articles it says "Nutralogix Labs takes no responsibility..." Looks like Nutralogix was preparing to be dumped by ownership and we all got suckered. If anyone knows please reply.
