The 15C 2-11 is what it all comes down to. Let's hope they have a good market maker.
Not essentially a cheap move. Somebody is willing to shell out some money to start correcting the issues.
Looks like the company is serious about getting this cleaned up. A couple of 10-Q/As and a 10-Q filed yesterday for the last three quarters.

Grey Market - Caveat Emptor as of today.
15C is harder than you think. First of all they need to find a sponsoring market maker as it is not the Company that files the documentation with FINRA.
GLTA
sure. It really is too bad because this seems VERY promising. I'm guessing they will. Not sure what will be required other than 15 C.
That's what they'll need to do apparently. Let us know if you get a response please.
So it's a grey sheet effective on May 21. will contact company to see if they plan to file 15 C 211.
True, there was a massive crackdown on the 14th, en masse.
http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2012/2012-91.htm
it has nothing to do with ihub peeople. The SEC is cracking down on al shells. This one clearly was deficient in its fillings, ergo why it probably went for so little.
Marlon, you would be 100% correct about what you wrote.
You can blame this all on Peter.
all of the Respondents are delinquent in their periodic filings with the Commission, have repeatedly failed to meet their obligations to file timely periodic reports, and failed to heed delinquency letters sent to them by the Division of Corporation Finance requesting compliance with their periodic filing obligations
They have to file a 15C 2-11. Looking at the suspension, that will also mean filing financial statements between the periods ended June 30, 2005 and June 30, 2009.
This just means a lot of work and a lot of money.
GLTA
I am 100% positive that he has NOTHING to do with Matchtrade and has NO stock. PERIOD. FACT,
Youre CERtain about Sterling and the shell? I hope when you sent complaints to the SEC youre facts check out! People should be held accountable also for yelling fire.
I got nervous as soon as I saw people looking for ways to prove this is a scam! They start making complaints to the sec and voila.
Tamio seemed very progressive and creative, thanks guys. You guys must make a great living now you have 10k more otc securities to go.
Time is ticking!
i'M CERtain about Sterling and the shell. I wish the best for the new company...and to all investors.
I hope you are correct. Thanks for your input
There were only two links on a search I could find that showed it as a subsidiary and it appears the text of those is the same so it is not much of a confirmation.
One could be a mistake and the other just picked up the text in it's publication.

I can assure that you are not correct. Pavillion was never owned by a taanen LLc. It was just run by a guy who had no idea how to raise capital or monetize an idea. Best wishes to you.
sorry for the misunderstanding.
Where did I say Pavilion bought back the shell ?
What I said was that the buyer of the shell is Taanen LP, which was the parent company of Pavillion at one time.
Parent and subsidiary are not the same company and I never stated they were.
and you would be wrong about that also. Pavillion energy NEVER at any time bought back this shell. Helen Hayes was a nominee and the shell was passed on to another firm that the buyer had because the audit on the financials released by Sterling in last year's 10 K couldn't be finished in time. So, hence a new company is in the shell.
Best of luck to all in with the new company.
CORRECT. he got cash only. i'm 100% certain of that. NO STOCK.
According to the filings yes, Sterling has no shares or interest when he sold the majority interest to Hayes.
Actually as much as I like the concept and possibilities of Matchtrade.com it's best to look at the facts involved.
The shell was sold to Taanen, L.P.
But Pavilion Energy Resources, Inc. operates ( or use to before it became a shell by selling it to Hayes for a few months time) as a subsidiary of Taanen, LP.
So it appears that Sterling sold the shell to Helen Hayes , who then turned around and sold it back to the parent company of Pavilion Energy Resources.
That does not prove that Sterling is involved still since it is Tamio Stehrenberger who is the only principle and registered agent of Taanen LP. Sterling plays no part in that according to all filings.
At this point it is not Sterling who should be in question since he is no longer involved according to all filings. The only questions should be if Stehrenberger acted in good faith since he is now the CEO and his company Taanen LP , which use to be the parent company of PVRE before the sale to Hayes, now owns the majority control of Matchtrade.com.
So he retained zero shares in the transaction?
Sterling sold the shell. he has nothing to do with the new entity. You are wrong if you believe he has anything to do with this.
So it is your contention that Peter Sterling sold control of the company to Hayes as a scam,..... who then sold the shell, as a scam, to Tamio Stehrenberger.
Worth looking into.
Get ready for Peter's new fake company and technology to be followed by a massive pump and dump. Don't be fooled again.
If you bought at .0003 your shares would change to .15 !!!!
It says redeveloped site coming in may. Its still not up.
Looks like the website has been upgraded again.
She actually wants to buy some.
Just showed this to my wife and she was floored.

Matchtrade is going to spell the end of all your troubles if there's anything you badly need, but you just can't afford to buy it new (not a an uncommon scenario nowadays, I can assure you). Matchtrade is going to let you get what you want, by having that item swapped from any item of yours you no longer have a use for, or that you think you can learn to do without.
On Matchtrade, people from all over the country can list these items that they're after, and the ones they're willing to part ways with. Other users of the site who happen to have what they need (and who fancy owning what's being offered in exchange for it) will get in touch right away. And since accounts come at no cost while the site is in beta, there's just nothing that could stand in the way of the bartering. (The fact that you can browse through items even if you haven't got an account also helps.)
