So what's happening with the Lehman Capital Trust stocks? Lehnq and Lehhmq? At least we have the pacific coast highway, CBIS, HEMP, ARTX, SWHC, GLD, and SLV; guns, drugs, gold & silver; it's the Wild West and we got riders goin long and strong from Alpha Dog Mr. Snoop to Sergeant Major Jay-Z, at least for four more years until these games stop and we just start to get along. For now there is the PCH, Samantha James and the 333 bar babes boppin to the beats of this here crazy cat peeking through a lace bandanna.... ;)

It is interesting to me that Lehman comes out of bankruptcy and then the stocks are closed and locked out and all value is zeroed. I guess I thought the opposite would have happened and that once Lehman came out of bankruptcy the stocks might increase in value. One would think that the stocks would have been closed and locked out once Lehman filed for bankruptcy in 2008 and not when they came out of bankruptcy in 2012. So what is eveyone's thoughts on this. What are some of you thinking the final outcome will be. Is our investments/speculation gone and zeroed out forever? Will the stock ever begin trading again? Do you think we might get some amount of shares of the new company? Will the LEHPQ we once owned be converted to common shares or preferred shares of the new company...or is it that no one really knows the answer and all we can do is sit and wait?

the delay will be over on the second wednesday of the month of November in the year 2012. This "delay" is the "silent revolution" the current white-house administration has been orchestrating since John Kerry intiated it in 2004. That's it, you don't need a PhD from Princeton in geo-politics or have to live next to Professor Sigmond, play lead guitar with a Black-Rock CEO in your church praise team band, and run a $34 Million dollar annual grant fund for New Jersey Businesses to figure that one out. Seriously, the PResident even called it that; so when the election is secured this November by the "PitBulls" and "Dalmations", we will see the return of the markets to their 2007 state. That was the Clinton, Kennedy, and other families who ran into the plantations killing the women and children in the name of emancipation while bringing the recently freed slaves north to work for 5 generations in their Chicago, Newark, and Camden estates as house-servants and pullman-porters. Another analogy would be the movie Platoon with Charley Sheen, Tom Berenger and William DaFoe. In that movie Berenger's character "frags", attempts to murder, DaFoe's character purposely shooting him in the field when no one was looking as an advancing enemy was moving in on their position. Then when the evacuation choppers are leaving the strand DaFOe's character who miraculously lived through the shooting only to be left to die a long slow death at the hands of the VC. The same way the DNC is hanging Blagowavich like the Gangs of New York made a spectacle with their Italian Bosses by having a "hanging" every once in a while to give the appearance of good order and discipline in Hell's Kitchen.

So, once this election is "kanagrood" into the DNC's hands, these stocks that have been held back by mere, GS/AIG and other Chicago elite-federal reserve Corzine, Bernake, Timmy-G, Clinton, Obama, Spitzer, Corzine, Blagowavich hands, then we will see the companies they raped; BSC, LEH, WAMU, and others rise to their 2007 levels. It's not rocket science, it's war and politics; and when faced with fighting wars, these individuals who are in power now; use other people to kill and take the blame for bad things; and take the credit for establishing peace, and only the good things. That's the difference about Republicans and Democrats. The Democrats can select which things they ask for forgiveness on; in fact it's in the training manual at Camp Lejeune as the "Clinton-Obama Rule of Thumb"; That being in leadership; when faced with asking permission or forgiveness; Clinton, Kennedy, Obama, and alike; usually chose asking forgiveness or allowing the Jimmy Carter "Little White Lie" to extort into a major corruption of integrity and the state of affairs and alike we have seen in years past and surely to come. Remember the President's daughters will be going through their rebellion years during this second term. LBHGP is a grey market stock, and you will have to have your broker place buy and sell orders since it is not quoted.
Your broker should also be able to answer this question when you call them.

Except if all the claims are limited in recovery

And for a new Financial reason there is a return on preferred and equities if the judge manage to deal with claims

Because preferreds get paid before commons, they rank higher in class than commons. But commons and preferreds are still equity.

Nothing to do with class action, preferreds were created for deeper pocket investors.
