This company has done multiple REVERSE SPLITS and has fleeced investors of their money, IMO. Since this company is outside the USA, I would not be surprised if insiders shorted their own stock after the last R/S knowing good and well that the price would drop. It also would not surprise me if they now issue more shares, put out some pump PR's to attract new "investors" and start the whole R/S process over again, thereby supporting their company and fleecing more folks of their money. If we ALL get organized somehow, maybe we can file a class action to try to recover some of our losses. WHAT A POS COMPANY!!! Shareholder lawsuit, SEC complaints, I feel these things are in order for this company. This company has done nothing but fleece investors of their money, in my opinion. The SEC revoked CMKX's stock, I would sure like to see the same thing happen here. I plan on contacting the SEC to complain about this company and see what can be done. I would urge others to contact the SEC as well. If enough people contact the SEC with complaints about this company, maybe they will look in to it. This company has R/Sed many shareholders out of existence. Those that are left have very little value. It would be nice to get this stock revoked so these folks will not rip off any more shareholders. I have written off my $7,200 I had "invested" with this company. I would sure like to see a shareholder lawsuit against this company. Since these people are located outside of this country, I would not be surprised if insiders shorted this stock after the R/S knowing good and well the price would drop. Shorting a pinksheet can be done through an offshore account or through a Canadian brokerage, so I imagine it will happen. Mick, personally I would not consider this stock an "investment". If people buy in the .0001 range they may get lucky and this company issue some sort of fluff PR driving the price up a little and allowing folks that got in at .0001 to double or so. I think there are more promising stocks out there in the .0001 range if someone is looking to buy a "lottery ticket". I bought shares in JMCP, it is around the .0001 range and looks to have some potential. The CEO of JMCP has publicly stated NO reverse split. I am just hoping ITWJ will eventually do something good so I can get out and move on. GOOD LUCK TO YOU. jmho

I would not think too many considering the share price is .0001. There's not much farther for it to drop. As far as the price staying down, the company can do that by itself with the constant threat of a R/S. People don't want to invest in a company where they have to constantly worry about a R/S. This company apparently could care less about it's shareholders. If the price ever does move you will most likely see people hurrying for the exits. JMHO!
