IDUL - Industries International Incorporated Current OS 30,032,916 Float 11,345,873 Transfer Agent: Interwest Transfer Co., Inc. 1981 East Murray Holladay Road, Suite 100 P.O. Box 17136 Salt Lake City, Ut 84117 Phone: (801)272-9294 Fax: (801)277-3147 Industries International, Inc., a Shenzhen-based electronics and telecom equipment distributor is engaged in distribution and commercialization of telecommunications equipment. The company has enjoyed double-digit sales growth in recent years and is poised to capitalize on China’s rapid economic growth. The stock has remained under Wall Street's radar, but developments at the company may see that change shortly. Industries International is a company with a focus on distribution and commercialization of telecommunication equipment. Founded over 10 years ago, the company has grown internally and through acquisitions to post revenues topping $59 million in 2003, up from $28.5 million, or nearly 23% per year, in four years. The company was privately held until February 2003, when it completed a reverse merger to create the current Industries International. Since IDUL went public in this manner, the company is essentially unknown to Wall Street. Although Chinese companies in general have been much in demand among American investors, IDUL is among the few that have not yet been discovered. The investment community is essentially unaware of the company’s history, current business, or growth potential. Through the Li Sun Power subsidiary acquired in May 2003, IDUL is now one of the largest lithium and Li-ion battery manufacturers in China. Li Sun is a pioneer in the lithium and lithium-ion (Li-ion) market niche, with battery types including button-type, cylindrical, and power sources. Products are marketed for use in a wide range of electronic products such as mobile phone, calculators, PDAs laptop computers and hybrid electric vehicles. Additionally, IDUL manufactures battery testing equipment, utilized internally for its own products and sold in both domestic and overseas markets. Wuhan Lixing Power Sources Company Limited is a producer of lithium batteries and power supplies. Since purchasing the operation they have increased demand exponential every year as the rise for Lithium Batteries increase. Cost have decreased as prices in the market have fallen as well, however, the China Plants demand continues to increase at exorbitant rates. For example, their production increased from 150mm to 200mm units last year. http://www.lisun.com/2/asppd/About.asp http://www.china.manufacturers.globalsources.com/si/6008803154676/lisun.co http://www.globalsources.com/gsol/I/Lithium-battery/a/9000000063064.htm Products are manufactured at IDUL's own factory, which has received ISO 9001 certification. IDUL's current distribution network includes over 5,100 point-of-sale locations including China's major telecommunication companies (e.g., China Telecom, China Unicom, China Railway Communications, etc.) and major nation-wide chain retailers (e.g., WalMart China, Sam's Club, Carrefour, etc.) in 28 provinces in China, covering more than 200 cities. The Company has recently paid off all of their long term debt held by one of their subsidiaries, Shenzhen Wonderland Communication Science & Technology Company Limited ("Wondial"). As they transition this division from the less profitable manufacturer to a provider in the Telecommunications industry. IDUL owns: o Shenzhen Kexuntong Industrial Co., Ltd. ("SKI"), a sino-foreign joint venture company established in China that is owned 95% by Industries International, Inc., and which, in turn, owns 72.966% of Shenzhen Wonderland Communication Science and Technology Co., Ltd. ("Wonderland"), a limited liability company; and o Li Sun Power International Limited ("LPI"), which was acquired by the Company on May 14, 2003 through the purchase of all of LPI's outstanding stock. LPI holds a 72.83% interest in Wuhan Lixing Power Sources Company Limited ("WLPS"), a leading lithium and lithium-ion battery manufacturer, which, in turn, owns (i) 70.7% of Wuhan Lixing (Torch) Power Sources Company Limited ("WLPT"), a sino-foreign joint venture company and (ii) 90% of Shenzhen Chuang Lixing Power Sources Company Limited ("SCLP"), a limited liability company. http://finance.yahoo.com/q/is?s=IDUL.PK
