I had a feeling ilns was going to do that today at eod. I've seen it do that once before I was even considering unloading at 25/26 because if it reacts like last time we will go down. Guess we will have to see lets hope for good pre market news tomorrow would ve great.

PNTV = multi-bagger in 2011 IMO. Here's why:

(1) David Tice invested his own personal money of 7 figures at a premium. When a monster like David Tice (who was made famous for his accurate BEARISH calls) goes LONG a penny stock at a premium for over a million bucks, it's time to pay positive attention IMO. David Tice sold the Prudent Bear Fund ($1.2 billion under mgmt) and the Prudent Global Income Fund ($508 million mgmt) in 2008 to Federated Investors (NYSE: FII):

(4) I have been accumulating PNTV on speculation that Tice's involvement and timing is based on the start of huge growth. PNTV has a 10 year contract with Comcast that reaches tens of millions of households that they will be monetizing as well as a number of other ventures this year I expect will mean rapid growth this year. I think PNTV may be a sleeper stock multi-bagger in 2011 as the news of David Tice came just before Xmas eve and went unnoticed by the market.

I think the biggest defense against this happening to you is never hold a penny stock for any length of time. If you have a chance to get in a "hot" penny stock and have a chance to get out GREEN that same day is your safest bet in this volatile market. More often than not peeps looking for the huge gains usually find themselves holding the bags. Taking a 2%, 5%, 15%, 30% gains time over time will make you very wealthy. I very very successful trader once told me this about trying to find a top of a penny stock...

"People looking for the top to sell their penny stock usually find the bottom of that penny stock"

Taking profits no matter how small is safe money in the bank.

Caught in a scam? What do you do? We all know that trading pennies is a gamble, when a stock dives we take it on the chin and move on. But some companies blatantly scam new strings of newbies with misleading PR's, fake buyouts, insider trading, cooked books and more. The best thing to do is lots of DD before investing, but if you do get caught up there are actions you can take.
#1 You can call your lawyer
#2 Report the company. many people will tell you no one will do anything, but if enough people complain they will listen and investigate. http://pennyfraud.com/case-review-form/
#3 If you make statements on the boards about a scam stock, make it once. Give your reasons and DD as to why you think the company is a scam and move on. Multiple comments and rebuttals only bring more attention to the board.
