I hate to say it, but I have a feeling there won't be many sold plays. Gonna gave to see what 2013 does for us. Might be some swing trading on blue chips.

I keep reading about people prepared to short the market. Not a good thing. I really hope my predictions for our country's future are wrong, but I see more facts pointing to a negative outlook...At least it will be a time to understand that family is more important than anything.

Recently regained full compliance with all of the listing standards of the NASDAQ Global Market, insider buying activity as per SEC statements, latest 10-Q shows from the Nine months ended September 30 in 2011 they had an operating loss of (2,995,243) now in 2012 that has been reduced by more than half to (877,163) looking at the figures in the Three months ended September 30 prospective in 2011 the operating loss was (827,550) and now in 2012 they have an operating profit of 737,338. Although they a still operating at a loss of (1,441,906) it is a nice decrease from the previous year of a (2,556,248) operating loss. It appears that the company has been working hard to reduce debt and liabilities in 2011 total liabilities added up to 8,270,781 and now in 2012 it adds up to 2,191,314

-Management has reached agreement with the telecom company that has an MVNO license contract and is awaiting a response to its application for a second license.

-Management has engaged a consultant, Modesto Delapaz, to assist with the analysis and facilitation of foreign investment targets. Mr. Delapaz has an MBA from Columbia University with a concentration in international acquisitions. Management is considering the possibility of attracting him as a full-time employee.
-DNDT’s wholly-owned, manufacturing subsidiary, http://www.bestbalms.com, has reached agreement on the appointment of a very prominent Puerto Rican with extensive government and retail experience to be its manufacturer’s representative in Puerto Rico. He will be introducing the Best Balms product line to the wholesale and retail community, and coordinating sales there.
-Agreement has also been reached for similar appoints in Brazil, the Dominican Republic, France and the United Kingdom. Individual announcements will be made in the coming weeks.

-DNDT will be updating Nevada in a week or two to reflect the 800 million authorized shares. Management was delayed by a desire to update the Articles of Incorporation at the same time.

RCHN @ .125 looks interesting. It's trading at about half of its 52 week high now. It has a nice steady uptrend in accumulation after a spike. Wm%R is in the 96 area so I think this a nice base.

To me it looks interesting because of its PPS and on balance uptrend, its 52 week high resistance level, and all the 10-Q's from 2009-2011 suddenly received on September 10 and 18 of 2012. Just some indicators of a potential runner in my opinion.

I don't actually hold a position in this one, I am alerting this one based on my selection criteria to help build my reputation if I every finish my board.

It goes by the ticker of DNDT
The shell itself is called DND Technologies, Inc.
I got my starter position at .0039 and have been accumulating from there
I will alert it at the current price of .04 (10 times the price I initially purchased it at, but I still see potential there)
