FNB Bancorp Declares 4th Quarter Dividend 2008

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Sep 29, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- FNB Bancorp (OTCBB: FNBG), the holding company for First National Bank of Northern California, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of fifteen cents per share on the Company's Common Stock totaling approximately $444,466.20. The dividend is payable on November 14, 2008 to shareholders of record as of October 31, 2008.
