E-Trade Pro Not Working, Anyone Else ...?

My E-Trade Pro starts ... but no data is being displayed.
Does anyone else here have this problem?

I put in a buy this morning @ approx. 9am then tried to cancel it when the stock began to climb. The buy will not cancel and I have not been able to trade with that money all day. I am presently in 3 other stocks but am afraid to sell them due to what Etrade is calling a system problem. They have over $6,000 of my dollars tied up that I have not been able to trade with for the entire day.
