True. The thing is SEC always tryig to contact the company about delinquency, but we as shareholders don't know if they respond. So it is a gamble, but as long as profits are bigger than suspension losses I'm willing to take that.

Me too. Been hit with 100's over the years. Pinks arent supposed to be required to file anything so its a shady move by the SEC to wipe out all the old shareholders of these companies. They should be going after the former management not the ticker imo.

Just because they were available now at .01, and I have a feeling it won't take too long before filings will come out. Last 8k from January (resignations and appointments 2013 - 2015!) tells me they are preparing stuff.
