Arthur Barchenko - A few years after Arthur Barchenko implemented his plan that increased the revenues of Lightolier Inc. from $35 million to $56 million in five years, he opted to take his experience, creativity and innovative mind set to another level. He co-founded Bajer Industries, a manufacturing company of lighting products. Arthur founded ECSI Industries, an HVAC company, in 1976, evolved into an international security and anti-terrorism technology systems company. His management and marketing experience contributed to ECSI's current success, which includes an international list of government agencies and commercial/industrial clients.
Ronald Thomas is VP, Program Management and a Director of the Company with over 25 years of experience in engineering, management and marketing in the electronic security industry. He is a former President and CEO of Securacom, Inc., a security systems integrator that specialized in the design and implementation of medium to large-scale projects for businesses and government; EVP of SenTech, Inc. a company that provided business software to the security, fire and life safety industry; and VP of Technology and Integrated Systems for ADT Security Systems. Mr. Thomas has a Master of Science, Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, NY and a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical from City College/CUNY in New York City. He is a member and past chairman of the American Society for Industrial Security, Council on Physical Security and a member of several professional organizations. Mr. Thomas has published numerous articles in various trade journals on integrated security systems and is a frequent speaker at industry workshops and seminars. He has served on the faculty of the U.S. General Services Administration, Federal Protective Service, and Physical Security Academy.
Thomas Isdanavich has been Vice President of Project Management since July 1997. He determines installation and service support requirements for in-house and field applications. Mr. Isdanavich's responsibilities include field labor analysis and the planning and coordination of all administrative phases of sales and customer support services.
Richard Stern, Vice-President Marketing and Sales Support. Mr. Stern has built a strong rapport with ECSI's customer base, giving technical and sales support to ECSI's new and existing customers. Previously ,he served as Vice President of Manufacturing with responsibility for the overall management of manufacturing which included materials management, and production scheduling, manufacturing, testing, shipping and logistical support of the technologies. Review and evaluation of new and existing product equipment, packaging, quality control, test equipment, procedures and oversight of manufacturing personnel.
Eldon Moberg joined ECSI in 1996 under the FOIDS product division and has served as Vice-President since July 1, 1999. Mr. Moberg is responsible for establishing the FOIDS manufacturing and test facility in Huntsville, Alabama. His duties include planning and coordinating manufacturing schedules and resources and providing technical data for security system design plus project cost analysis. Prior to joining ECSI, Mr. Moberg was production supervisor for Mason & Hanger National, Inc., a company engaged in the manufacture and marketing of the FOIDS product line where he initially was a production support technician and performed optical/electronic fabrication and testing of fiber optic based security systems and components.
Hamid Kaber joined ECSI in September 2004 as the Vice President of the Company's Latin American subsidiary and is responsible for the marketing and sales efforts in Central and South America. He was engaged to expand and solidify the Company's presence in the region and provide marketing, sales, logistical and engineering support to its representatives and dealer network. He has over thirty years of experience in the security industry. During this time, he has held senior managerial, systems engineering and sales positions with several multinational and regional companies. His experience encompasses large scale, integrated security systems design, engineering and construction, sales and marketing, cost estimation, quality assurance, project management, security master planning and risk/threat assessment. From 1990 to 2000, he was head of Integrated System Sales for Johnson Controls.
Yaser Hassan joined ECSI as a project engineer. He took charge of our quality assurance program in keeping with the ISO 9001 international standard of operation, and in compliance with the organization's quality and process systems. Mr. Hassan has designed and engineered security systems for ECSI projects including ARAMCO oil and gas refineries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and has responsibility for submittal drawings and related documentation including installation and training manuals. Mr. Hassan knowledge of International Ship and Port facility Security (ISPS), European regulation for enhancing ship and port facility security and US coast guard requirements allowed him to prepare a white paper on port security and cargo inspection that was presented at the 21st International Maritime Security Port Conference in Alexandria, Egypt during February, 2005.
