Hey LM really good to see you.
Annabelle Homes [the developer] basically stiffed DYNV [the builder] of the pay they contractually should have received for building the homes. DYNV understandably couldn't withstand an $8MM hit to the bottom line so it basically tore down the whole operation.
We never could get the straight story on who did what, when or why but suffice it to say it ended in a train wreck. There were rumors that DYNV's workmanship was sub-par ...but if the homes were designed and spec'd by Annabelle and passed state & local building codes how bad could it [the workmanship] have been?? and who is really to blame??? if there were quality issues or design flaws by either or both parties wouldn't you stop the work immediately and address it before you drive another nail?? I would.
Seems like it would have behooved both of these parties to find a way to work together and move forward. As they say in Texas 'they had a birds nest on the ground'... and they managed to screw it up.
This is one you just scratch your head over LM. We never did find out the outcome. I think if the truth were known Annabelle Homes [Dean Dovolis] screwed DYNV. He's not the first nor the last developer to put the screws to a builder.
Shame on DYNV for not putting scheduled payments in the contract as the work progressed. Live and learn eh!
Any idea what happened here?
It looks like things are getting pretty rough now for homeowners in North Dakota. I read these article this morning: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/oil-crash-crushing-homeowners-two-211500334.html
Going to send you email! Email me back and let me know what you think.
You got that right. Although I love the excitement from the few plays I banked on really good. $$SPNG$$$$ ECAR$$$ going way back.
Otc is for entertainment purposes only. I hear you. I treat it as my casino. I'd rather throw 200 on a trip 1 and put it away in the portfolio instead of playing a hand of blackjack. Nothing more nothing less.
LOL High Frequency OTC Trading Next
Lol, don't get excited now. I don't invest more than $200 in garbage plays like this anyway :) my good chunk was in VRX puts +$2376 today. Gltu
A year. Your spot on!
Lol, pennies usually have 2-3 runs before the breakup
Nothing runs more than 15 min nowadays. Enjoy.
Adding .006's here for a nice bounce back
Nice bids....break .012 and up we go
Whoever sold those 126 000 at opening bell for 0026 gota be pissed.
Ya penny stock superstar has this as their pro pick today to.
In and out, 100% gains in 4 minutes.
Yep to high to chase now
I know penny stock spy sent this out emails to late.
Dam missed this one
It's quiet. Sec to suspend Dynv soon..maybe.
DYNV is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 7 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.
Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.
Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

I can't believe they aren't finished with the website. Are they using stone tablets and chisels to update the site...
I hope with the new websites that it offers some positive news here. Just a tidbit of something, a filing, upcoming projects will send this to several cents. Well heck, a promotion would even do that.
Volume the last. several days. Good to see some kind of action here
Nice two day accumulation.Eager to see what news they will post on their websites.
Dynv and Bundled Builders are updating their websites. I went to get a stock quote for dynv from msn.com and it said sales growth +259 %. Not sure how current but if thats true they are landing some work.
I see some very small action going on as of late....
I guess the current pps level is reflective of the amount of business and lack of news coming out of the camp.
I am banking on this going up in the month of august. Just a feeling.
With a few more buys we can get to .04 cents easy. I have a big feeling we will run tomorrow.
How did you know we were gonna get a boost this week! I need us to move to .04 to break even!
How did you know we were gonna get a boost this week! I need us to move to .04 to break even!
I hope so! I got burned a little on the last promo for this one. It was my second trade. I learned a lot!
Bring it on!
DYNV!
GREAT WEEK AHEAD GUYS!!!
When are we gonna have any update?? DYNV
I have an eye on this one. DYNV, with very low float, will run up with good news=contracts.
You could say that!! Outside of any kind of promotions the company needs to put out some positive news for this thing to go up. I emailed them and said if they have any news worthy info give us a bone.
The last time this stock hit 15 cents was when they landed the contracts with Annabelle Homes back in 2012.
Spring and summer months are good for the construction industry.
CALM BEFORE THE STORM??
Everyone sitting on there hands today...
Good to see a close in the green with some volume....

Paul Kalkbrenner has over 30 years of leadership experience in the new home construction industry and a demonstrated record of success as an entrepreneur. He currently serves as the President/CEO of Bundled Builder Solutions, Inc. a unique company focused on delivering a turn-key green solution for building and development projects. The BBSI corporation focuses on the coordination of all aspects of the system from "dirt to delivery" i.e. civil engineering, architecture, land development, purchasing, construction, warranty, and maintenance….serving land owners, homebuilders, building owners, and investors.
Formerly, he served as the founder and president of Execution, Inc., a company focused on effective job site organization and communication. Paul was also a partner in Integrated Stucco, LLC with long-time friend and business associate Garth Wieger. Paul grew the company to over $52 million in sales within the first six months of opening the doors. As personnel increased from 24 to over 700 craftsmen, an offer to purchase the company was accepted and Paul took the position of the Executive Vice President / General Manager for a subsequent 12 month transition period.
Before forming Integrated Stucco, Paul served as the Vice President of Construction for Shea Homes Arizona, one of the largest home builders in Phoenix. He joined Shea in 1992 as a superintendent and moved into the position of Trade and Training Advisor in 1994. He was promoted to Vice President of Construction in 1999. Under his leadership from 1999 through 2004, Shea built over 7,800 homes producing revenues close to $2 billion. But it was his participation in helping execute the smooth integration process when Shea acquired UDC Homes, a transaction in excess of $400,000,000 in the late 1990's, which is the capstone of his career at Shea.
