DFRC Warns Shareholders Monday April 5, 6:45 pm ET SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 2004--Diversified Financial Resources Corp. (DFRC), a holding company, trading under the stock symbol OTCBB:DFRC, is warning its shareholders to be aware that it has no information nor any agreement with regard to a company identified as RJL International Ltd. that has contacted an investor of DFRC. The representative allegedly claimed that in exchange for a large payment the investor would be assisted in obtaining a 300% gain on his investment in DFRC. Mr. Chapman, CEO of DFRC, warned investors, "Any attempt to obtain cash payments to assist DFRC investors in obtaining additional gains from their investment in DFRC should be viewed with a great deal of skepticism. DFRC has no relationship with any company or persons that would be contacting investors with such an offer." DFRC is currently a holding company with operations in real estate.
