Im very amazed this company is still around.I look for big gains in pps if they can sustain life through this economy.
Got an email from DIGL today, advertizing a sale....Maybe we see some movement.
Why not the moderator?
Ask .09 is 200 day moving average. I think we should have bought more at lower prices. People may end up chasing this thing if Zwany figures out something of a miracle.
52-Week High (10-Dec-07)3: 0.15
52-Week Low (19-Sep-08)3: 0.06
50-Day Moving Average3: 0.07
200-Day Moving Average3: 0.09
I've got some waiting to at .026 40,000. I wonder if Zwan will unload his wad soon?
D
No volume yesterday or today..........hmmmmmmmm
Did Zwan go on vacation?
Did Zwan make a deal with Tom Cruise?
Did Zwan convert his shares to equity w/o dilution?
Did Zwan meet with the church to donate since no pulse here?
Alot of questions
Alot of shares for Zwan
D
This baby is a good solid..."BUY ON PULLBACK"...
D
Did you mean .05?
Great news...I'll be waiting at .02
I wonder why this thing is trickling uphill w/ no volume. Seemed like alot of volume toward eoy +200K a day. Now nothing and MMs let it rise. There's no way Zwany can unload his wad unless he drives this pps into sub penny land. Zwanny.....what are you going to do with your baby DIGL? Please give us some direction to the dilution you've created in the o/s. Thx
D
Dude I love your post on that stock I told you about...I think it may be a scam but they have done everything correctly so far. That board will attack you if you keep questioning them so get ready.
If you have any desire to be an assistant on any of my boards feel free. You seem like a no BS kinda person and I appreciate that.
Saw that...did you see this in 2006 talking profitability?
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_/ai_n26813412
Seems like the time is ripe.
D
That was Friday I believe. Nice to see them producing significant product. I'm sure that means $$$$$$$, but Zwany boy needs to belly up something other than cash to keep afloat. IMO, Zwany needs to convert to equity somehow w/o diluting LT shareholders and messing up PPS for future Nasdaq/NYSE listing. All in my opinion. Lets see how smart and honorable this guy really is....scientologist?
D
Did you see this?.....I just found it
Digital Lightwave Announces Battery Powered 40G Test Set
Digital Lightwave®, Inc. (OTCBB:DIGL), a leading provider of optical networking test equipment and technology, today announced the NIC BP 40G, the industry’s only battery-powered 40/43Gbps test set. A rechargeable battery enables technicians to perform tests with or without external power. Battery power also serves to protect the integrity of test results in case of unanticipated power loss during long-term tests.
Battery power is also available in the NIC BP chassis, which can be equipped with different modules to support SONET/SDH up to 10Gbps, OTN up to 10.7Gbps, Ethernet 10/100/1000BaseT, Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet, Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA), Fibre Channel, DS1/E1/E3/DS3/E4 testing and more. The NIC BP can be equipped with the new Multi-Service Analyzer (MSA) or Ethernet Service Analyzer (ESA) series modules plus PDH/T-Carrier module for a flexible all-in-one testing solution.
“Battery power provides quick set up and testing capability in locations where AC power is not readily available,” stated Mike Botham, Director of Engineering. “And where AC power is unreliable, the battery can serve as backup power for long-term testing. With the addition of battery operation, the NIC Platform is more flexible than ever before.”
The NIC BP 40G and NIC 40G (without battery) are the industry’s smallest and lightest 40/43Gbps test instruments.
The flexible NIC BP chassis can be equipped with the following modules:
MSA 2020/MSA 2030 – for SONET/SDH, Ethernet and Fibre Channel test
ESA 2025 – for Ethernet test
PDH/T-Carrier Testing
High-Density Ethernet – multi-port Ethernet test
Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA)
Serial Interface Analyzer – RS-530 and RS-232 test

exbx has alot of shares in he float. a lot different than DIGL
D
I understand that. One good PR or another new product this is gonna rock.Guess I just sit and wait.
Have you ever heard of Exobox??Check their website exobox.com this is going to be Friggin huge soon pps.10 going to be a billion dollar company soon.Ticker is exbx
Recovery is written all over this company. The dilution doesn't seem yet in the float which may benefit shareholder in the long run if Mr. Zwan can figure out a good business plan which included shareholders of the past @80 on Nasdaq. Somehow he needs to rid himself of the shares w/o true dilution into the float. Not sure how he's going to go about doing this. At this point, nothing really looks good for LT @ 80 ticks.
D
I'm holding onto my wad. If it drops then sure more would be nice. I just don't want to be empty handed.
D
How ya doing,Im expecting a pullback on digl just because thats what its been doing lately.Im selling some shares monday and if it hits .02 again Im going in big.
Whatzzzzzzzzzzzzz up?
Up big again today.
Why is this thing slowly creeping UP?
D
I have a great idea....
Tom Cruise who is a professed Scientologist could buy up the float without Zwans O/S in the mix. Then, ask Zwan when the stock is trading about 45 to only take back what he invested into this company. Therefore, he could relinquish the O/S altogether by being paid back on a promissary note that he will get back what he's paid. At that point, DIGL could easily be back in the 30's with a declaration of someone making a major investment on existing trading float and Zwan backing out that 200+ Million on the outstanding. Far fetched?
D
Today passing 50 day moving average. 200 day is just @ .06
From what I know a stock passing a 200 day moving average is very bullish or bearish going down.
I noticed prior to tax selling it approached the 200 day moving average and was knocked down.

I suspect a slow ride up just from new products and slowly paying off debt.It seems this stock is just about to break out.Looks to be trying to climb but it keeps getting knocked back IMO
I would think Zwan would make something convertible eventually to get back money in a positive way to help shareholder value. The dilution from him could be wiped out with a turn around effort by the inside. Then, and only then would this go back to 10-15 bucks. IMO
D
Didnt know there was a yahoo board for this. They are in positive earnings but their debt is too big to make a difference right now.Stock was up big again today. And yes they have downsized quite a bit.
Did you say they downsized quite a bit? Did you say earlier they are in positive earnings or was that somewhere on the yahoo board maybe.
D
Just nothing about what direction the company will take. But I do live right by the place so I see more than most.
In other words, you don't know anything?
D
Im not here to try to get buyers. This was the very first stock I ever bought.I got it at .75 and sold over $100.
I dont know if this company will ever be profitable again BUT I dont trust the scientology "church" and every dime owed is owed to a scientology member.Every one involved in the workings of DIGL is a scientologist.Im hoping one day these guys will realize that they could make a fortune by placing money in this company and riding it back into the high dollars again.
They do have unique worldwide products and patents on there technology so its doable......One day.
Lately this does look like a good stock to flip though.
Braden, what do we know?
THE Zwan man owns 95% of o/s? Are they convertible? I noticed in March of 09/June of 09 things could covert or did I read that wrong in the 8'k?.
Seems like all of Zwans apples in this basket, just because he owns the company?
What really do we know about the financial health of this company going forward?
Even if its' positive cash flow, isn't it miles of debt to this Zwan guy?
How does the company pull away from a one man show, get some institutional ownership and run this back to 80?
Just looking for reasons to buy more than 10,000 shares. :)
D
Well,if I knew that I would also tell you where Elvis lives..lolololo
When is this getting back to 80 on NASD? Thx in advance.
D
CEO owning most of the O/S. Not sure what to make of this other than the fact, if he gets pissy with the market price and manipulation of his shares basically, maybe he'll buy up the whole float and watch this thing back to 80. Lol
Hey Braden and all, happy holidays. Man whats going on here? I go away for a couple weeks and boom
Nope no insider sells.Maybe profit taking??I still love this stock though.Products are awesome.
Dunno,I am at a loss as to why it has dropped back down.I will look to see if he has been selling.
What's up here? Down the tubes @.01 and going lower? Insiders are only the CEO? Is he selling his wad?
