From reviewing the historical trading for DGLT the volumes were low and sporadic prior to the SEC Suspension. Although the stock can trade now that the SEC Suspension has expired the daily trading volumes will likely be quite low or not at all because most traders know that the company's stock registration(s) will eventually be revoked. Upon revocation the stock will no longer trade and the ticker will no longer exist.

talked to an insider that worked for dglt and she seems to think urban ft is managing the shell.... just an fyi
Coming back from the dead!
Digiliti money apparently is coming back to life after a bad merger deal, we are constantly finding new information!
Of course it was done in error! Thanks for nothing.
Today my 1300 shares that I have been holding on to sold for $3.00 per share. I am ecstatic! Never thought it would happen!!!! I bought in for .85 per share.
new website, and uplist? what the hell is going on?
According to the SEC the grey market and delinquent reporting arent the only problems facing this company now. Executives now charged with fraudulent activity.
Did you ever get your 20k?
over 50k shares at .0001 now
I'm trying to pick up as many as I can for the dividend.
I wrote to the site https://www.owler.com/company/digilitimoney if they have any news. if they answer, I write here
Have you tried contacting the company?
Disregard any of my previous posts as they are uninformed. This one is really confusing after reading everything about this, it leaves me clueless as to what is going on. I'm in for the conclusion if one comes. goodluck maybe this will be a lotto or not.
throwing a couple hundred at this at .01 , interesting names on company board.
Maybe they both knew the buyout wasn't legit and they just got together and used the buyout news to sell shares, who knows.
But thats IF the subsidiary (Digiliti Money Technologies inc) has profits.
To be honest, this might be a very long wait. In fact, we dont even know what assets (software/patent) DMT has at the moment. Also, it appears that DMT might use part of (if not all of) the cash flow from Urban and FTIS to complete DGLT's 2016 audit, which has been going on for over a year now...
If DMT doesnt make profit and piss away all cash flow from urban, we get nothing.
Finally, I still do not understand why Bryan Meier rejected Urban's initial $1 buyout offer. If he accepted the deal, he would never have to deal with lawsuits, and he would most likely still recieve a job offer from Urban...why? Just why?
Either a merger, or a spinoff of subsidiary, 1 shares of dglt will get 1 dividend share of the spinoff which will probably open at .20 and go up to 1.00, after court is over and the paperwork is accepted by the sec this is my theory of how they will unlock the value of the company.
What deal is coming?
picked up some at .03 today new position for me
DGLT could go back to the Nasdaq soon
not enough volume
Picked up a few at .03 for the Big Deal coming
.15 that's amazing. I wonder if something is on the horizon.
Coming up on 1 year since the T12 halt that ruined this stock....Happy anniversary fellow bagholders.
Someone is buying shares of this. Anyone have info? Any idea what’s up??
