Thanks! This company seems to have great potential.
TJW probably just to reflect the company a little better, they want to go global rather than tied to China, I need to investigate this further, hopefully after market today i will get a chance, the share structure remains the same and that was my only worry, Will go back through the filings, it has to be there somewhere and I would ASSUME they will do and 8-k on it today or tomorrow.
Question.. What is the significance of a name change? Thanks, still learning :o)

The float is tight,
lot more buying then selling, the longs and the Merchants themselve buying everything up so the volume is going lower every day, the chart gives good indications for the next run-up. Then again there will be profittaking, but also that will be bought-up mostly by insiders, they have the cash and they want the stock over 1$ for relisting, big change again on nasdaq.
So buy your shares today, because these are the last moments we will see this price!!!

Dfctf Doubloon Going up....Big fan mel fisher ......Think i was a pirate in another time......
be good
Off Topic... richordietrying
doubloons are gold coins that come in demoninations of escudos.
either 2 4 or 8 escodos and were hand stamped in mexico or south america and called cobs, they were then transported to Spain, remelted and machine pressed into rolled coinage
pieces of 8 are silver coins and manufactured the same way, the denomination was called a reales
hence a 2 real was 1/4 the value of an 8 real, and was called a piece of eight which later became called the 1/4 of 8 or what became to be termed the quarter.
It has been a hobby of mine to go after shipwrecks in North Carolina Bahamas and Florida with a metal detector to discover the coins, after years of casual research I found where the shipwrecks are but only found a few puter pieces and part of a silver dinner plate, but still it was time on the beach. Most of the wrecks are now burried under about 8 feet of sand.
Most of my collection I have bought privately and continue to add to it whenever I can, my stock habit gets in the way.
chart looks nice.
Keith

3 pretty big blocks this morning. I wonder if somebody knows something.
TA for DFCT looking great, finally they could prevent a price-drop because of short-selling and ended higher for the first time in weeks on a good volume, if the stupid selling stops this stock goes up steady even without news.
I'm curious to see what they will bring out the next week.
Btw, the news on China Merchants is in many ways good news, even do it comes from the mother company, it means that the revenue on logistic software applications will be at least double from the revenues they have now in short term. It will have great effect on the next quarter.
load-up now and see a big move before the summer beyond 1$
Let me ask you this...
Is this PR worthy? What is the point of putting out a PR saying that you are going to be the logistics provider of your parent company??? It seems pointless to me!
DF China Technology to Provide IT Logistics Solutions to Subsidiaries of China Merchants DiChain Group
Wednesday January 26, 11:47 am ET
HONG KONG, Jan. 26 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DF China Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFCTF - News; the "Company"), a leading provider of information technology solutions for the logistics and supply chain management industry in China and Hong Kong, announced today that it has received a written consent from its parent company, China Merchants DiChain Group Ltd ("DiChain"), to provide IT solution services to all the logistics subsidiaries of DiChain.
"This new development will give our Company substantially more business this year and truly demonstrates a firm support from our parent", said Dr. Wayne Wang, Executive Vice President of the Company, "The potential amount of new business from these anticipated contracts could approximate several million US dollars."
The logistics business is one of the core businesses of DiChain, leading the third-party logistics industry in China. In the past few months, in order to penetrate the Chinese logistics market and strengthen its integrated logistics service vertically, DiChain has signed certain acquisition proposals with some key players in the industry:
* Meiri Logistics Ltd., one of the leading third-party logistics
providers in the South of China, was acquired by DiChain six months
ago;
* Centrans Ocean Shipping Services Co., the sixth largest ocean shipping
and transportation service provider in China, had entered into a
Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with DiChain in December 2004 (under
this MOU DiChain will acquire 60% of Centrans); and
* Great Way Trading & Transportation, Inc., a California based
corporation which provides Sino-US freight forwarding, customs
brokerage, marketing research and related services, signed a MOU to be
acquired by DiChain last Friday.
With these completed and pending acquisitions, DiChain will be poised to become an international integrated logistics service provider particularly leading Sino-US trade-related logistics services.
"I think a consolidation must come into place among these subsidiaries of DiChain, and one of the powerful tools to bring these companies together is information technology, namely an integrated logistics information platform would enable those members of DiChain to freely exchange service information and operational data", said Dr. Wayne Wang, "This would give our Company a great opportunity and a challenge to serve DiChain's mission."

Technicals suggest triple bottom before up....The double top .35 is why triple bottom before we can go up..... Downside .13... Be patient might get ugly before gets better.
it will eventually get better
aimho
Another up tick in the bid...maybe we can finally see a stop to this drop from the last two weeks.
Guess that ut was short-lived. This is some weird trading on a stock here.
Could the selling have stopped?
I think this is the first up tick in the bid since last Monday!
I was wrong on news, i was right on mobil gaming news....I just assumed, but now chart is breaking down.. we might have to test lower waters before up again.
aimho
i have scrolled thru the database on yahoo message board for the last 15 months, the only voice of reason and relevant informtion is orchardlark,he apparently has been to the shareholder meetings and met management and been in the room since reorganization, seems to be an active player with a major long position, read his posts ,make up your own minds,
Well, so much for that trading range. .215 bid now. yikes.
buys equal sells today with nite on the bid @ .2251 and on the ask @ .235 support /resistance at .225/.26
that is your trading range, neutral day.
Is this stock behaving like theres a good SHM today? Whats your experience?
FWIW, i dont see ANY reason that they would address the nasdaq relisting issue at this SHM. Thats all hearsay and when yu spread sheet like that, it just gets people's hopes up for nothing. Then that only hurts the stock yet again, when and if it doesnt happen. I hope i eat my words here!
Fact they are meeting today.....
rest is opinion, but expect the issue coming
aimho
Is this a verifiable fact that they are meeting today for a nasdaq listing or is that opinion?
Meeting today gonna set evrything straight, nasdaq relistment
doubloon....
aimho
Yes Doubloon, thats what i loved about you back then. You were straight forward and a great fact finder! Any insight into how this stock is trading right now from you, or any other insights would be gladly appreciated. The main topic at yahoo is that people think its the shorts that are keeping the buyers at bay right now. I tend to think it may be insiders(maybe not seeing that the insider ownership seemed to increase over the last year). What s your experience on the latest trading tell you? please any insight. thanx
fingers, I do not toute a stock, i keep fully aware of the news of a stock and the filings, I do have a tendency to research a stock until I know what is comming next but i stick to facts only, I stay away from speculation. The yahoo board is not for me, i would suggest that any serious investors that want to make moeny come over here and ask any question they want, there are many on this board that will give you a straight and truthful answer.
Doubloon, come on over to the yahoo board DFCT please. I seem to recall everytime you would tout a stock, it would fly. Come on over.
I think that was you over at the ATISQ board. Try to remember. It was a company that decided to put its comp up for liquidation. Turns out that their comp was worth at least .21 a share ultimately and went from .03(after the fall from liq. announcement) to like .21. i think its ATISZ now.
Off Topic...Fingers... I do not remember that stock, but then I did get carried away with up to 200 buy/sells per year for a few years. However lately it has been more research and less flipping. I have had the name Doubloon for about 6 years, my hobby was chasing spanish piece-of-eights and doubloons along the shores of Florida, hence the 'name de plume'
Good to see you here, this story is just starting to unfold.
Hi Doubloon. are you the same Doubloon that used to post with me over at the ATISQ board when it went from .02 to .21? If so, nice to see yu here!
