Do you have access to an area outside that is not encumbered with buildings and many trees? Then perhaps a closed loop geothermal system would be ideal for your heating and cooling needs. NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK. 31 January 2014. CLEAN ENERGY PATHWAYS, INC. (CPWY) announces the appointment of Walter W. Wolf to the Board of Directors and as interim Chief Executive Officer and the resignation of Jon Chynoweth as Chief Executive Officer and sole member of the Board of Directors.
Walter W. Wolf is the President of Organic Products Distribution, a company producing organic fertilizer in Mexico with near-term distribution into the United States. Mr. Wolf is also a Pac 10 official, having officiated the 1984 Rose Bowl and three national championship games, including the first Bowl Championship Series game between Florida State and Tennessee.
