("CCRC" or the "Company"), a leading call center business process outsourcing ("BPO") service provider in China, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 2,400,000 of its common shares at a price to the public of $4.00 per share for a total of $9,600,000 before offering expenses. The offering closed on December 18, 2015, and the shares began trading on NASDAQ Capital Market on December 21, 2015 under the symbol "CCRC".
