Cardiff International, Inc. restructured itself with the goal of resolving the challenge every Small Cap Public Company faces, raising money and diversification. What evolved is A Public Holding Company providing an “Equity Exit Strategy” for Business Owners. Acquisitions become standalone Subsidiaries gaining advantage of the Power of a Public Company without losing their independent management control. Cardiff provides a unique diversified platform of subsidiary profit centers for protection of those subsidiaries and investors alike. The Cardiff investment platform provides our acquisitions the ability to raise money and gives our investors the assurance their investment risk is mitigated.

To increase book and market value Cardiff has 3 areas of concentration that represent our pillars for success, 1.) Income Producing Real Estate Projects (40%); 2.) Small to Mid-Sized Business Acquisitions that are Mature, Profitable, with Low to Moderate Debt, plus strong Management in place (40%) with a strong preference towards existing Franchisees of certain Franchised Business Concepts), and 3.) Early Stage Technology Startups (20%).

Our first pillar: Income Producing Real Estate consists primarily of existing income producing Commercial Real Estate Projects. Our focus is Strip Shopping Centers, Mobile Home Parks, and select Residential Development/Conversion Projects in strong markets.

Our second pillar: Acquisitions of Closely Held Companies providing an “Equity Exit Strategy” for Middle Market Business Owners. They become standalone Subsidiaries gaining advantage of the Power of a Public Company without losing management control. Merging with Cardiff gives Acquisitions immediate access to our resources to innovate, expand, and monetize their business.

Our third pillar: Technology, currently consists of "” which offers a true economic benefit to parents and all family members saving for a child's education by using our tax free educational savings program that benefits with everyday purchases from participating merchants. By shopping at any of our over 2,400 participating merchants, members jump-start their designated child’s college savings from shopping -- online, in-store, eating out, buying groceries, travel and more. For investors it provides a diversified low risk environment protecting their investment across a diversified portfolio of wholly owned subsidiary companies.

Cardiff has a forward thinking strategy fueled by Asset Acquisition and Appreciation coupled with stable and expanding earnings capability that expands our foundation mitigates risk to shareholders and drives underlying long term value.

Our Target Market

Cardiff is one of the first Small Cap Public Holding Companies to implement a platform to partner with entrepreneurs of smaller companies who meet the following criteria; profitable, low to moderate debt, assets, and great management with the desire to continue to build their companies.

Cardiff has the unique opportunity to grow rapidly through strategic acquisitions. Access to the capital markets, strong market valuations, extended operating histories, and transparency provide advantages to a public company that are not available to private acquirers. We leverage our unique attributes to fund transactions and drive growth to generate significant ROI for all our shareholders.

Cardiff is poised to achieve spectacular success. After years of investment, hard work, and hard learning, we believe that our company has the contractual arrangements, functional abilities, and most significantly, the revolutionary "best widget" that has ever been actualized in our sphere. Tying together these three factors, we are pleased to offer our investors an undeniable business model, even under our conservative assumptions.
