He has been an entrepreneur in Canadian mining and venture capital industries since 1994 and has consistently demonstrated strong results for shareholders through strategic planning, quality acquisitions and partnerships, and by retaining and developing industry respected senior management and directors. He is Chairman and a Director of Linear Metals, and serves on the Board of Directors of Immunovaccine. Mr. Dawe has a bachelor of commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, where he currently serves on the Advisory Board to the Faculty of Business Administration. Mr. Dawe's philanthropic activities include establishing and personally funding the annual James R. Pearcey Entrepreneurial Scholarship at Memorial University. | | Brian MacEachen, Executive Vice President Mr. MacEachen is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in overseeing the financial management of publicly-traded companies. Mr. MacEachen's involvement in the mining industry has spanned over 18 years. Mr. MacEachen currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Linear Metals Corporation and previously served as the Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Linear Gold Corp. and Linear Metals Corporation from January 2004 to January 2008 and June 2006 to January 2008, respectively. Prior to this, his experience includes senior positions with Franco-Nevada Mining Corporation and Aur Resources Inc. Mr. MacEachen worked with a team that successfully advanced exploration stage projects through to commercial production with involvement in directing the feasibility, engineering, project financing and construction related to the advancement of projects in both North America, and South America. A native of Ontario, Mr. MacEachen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University and resides in Halifax, Nova Scotia. |

| | Richard Allan, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Mr. Allan is the Chief Operating Officer and a Vice President of Brigus Gold. He is responsible for all operational, development and related capital activities, including overseeing operations at the Black Fox Mine and Mill in the Timmins Gold District as well as advancement of the Goldfields Project in Saskatchewan. Mr. Allan was a Senior Director of Mining for Barrick Gold, with responsibility for operations support, technical governance, project development and mining research for Barrick's global operations. His extensive experience includes past positions of increasing responsibility in mining, mine development, technical services and mine engineering, including a position as Chief Mine Engineer at the Holt-McDermott Mine, then operated by Barrick, in the Kirkland Lake district. Mr. Allan received his bachelor's degree in mining with honours from Queen's University, Ontario. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia, the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario as well as the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. |

| | Melvyn Williams, CFO & Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development Mr. Williams is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development of Brigus Gold. He has served as CFO since 2005, and as the Senior Vice President since 2004 with a predecessor company of Brigus Gold. A Charter Certified Accountant, Mr. Williams' responsibilities include planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. From 2000 to 2003, he served as Chief Financial Officer of TVX Gold, which merged with Kinross Gold in 2003. Mr. Williams has over 30 years of financial experience, providing his services for companies such as Atlantico Gold, Star Mining, LAC North America, and Riominas and Rossing Uranium subsidiaries of Rio Tinto. Mr. Williams also serves as a director of Andina Minerals. He received his master's degree in business administration from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom. |

He has directed programs in Canada, United States, South Africa, Gabon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Brazil, Uruguay and Australia for various companies including Noranda Mining and Exploration Inc., Corona Corporation and SouthernEra Resources. As Vice President, Exploration of Linear Gold, Mr. Bird is currently responsible for the executive management and development of Linear Gold's global mineral projects and providing support for corporate and global operations. Mr. Gallivan is the Managing Partner of the Halifax office of Cox & Palmer and Chief Executive Officer of the regional law firm. He is involved in a number of organizations in Nova Scotia, including Banking Services and Investments (director of the Ombudsman) and Edleun Group.
