and now have transfered their Bidville crap into PRMD PrimEdge, Inc. via a ticker symbol. Pure outright bullshit. And the SEC just lets it happen.
hopefully it will tank to the depths of the bowels of .00001 and screw the jerks from GVRP/MAMG that scammed millions of $$ from people before they slipped their proceeds into Bidville to hide it all.
The SEC completely screwed the pooch on this one, and the crooks got away with it.

Have you read the new pr? What do you think? What will the ratio be (BVLE converted into the new stock)?
I dumped this one a long time ago...rats. I was holding somewhere in the range of 18-20K shares averaged around $.065 cents. I just kept thinking one nice PR...one nice PR...one nice PR - and it never came so dumped it and broke about as even as you can get. Just tied up capital for a long time with no gains. And then a PR a few days and it doesn't move, really wacky. Now it moves based on what.
Damn you Internet.
Matt

Two posts today on this board. The pr today may give BVLE SOME volume tomorrow. The pr was at 9 A.M. today.
If you really want an interesting one take a look at the story of GVRP/MAMG - swept under the rug by the SEC, and NASD. Too tough of a problem for them to handle so they just suspended it, and let the company and Ameritrade off the hook. And now it's part of BVLE.
The whole sordid mess is laid out here >>

hey, speaking of GVRP/MAMG - BVLE completed the acquisition of digikidz from MAMG (although they don't mention MAMG in the PR, the crooks..)
Bidville, Inc. Acquires DigiKidz, Inc. [GDVJQSY]
BOCA RATON, Fla., July 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bidville, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BVLE), an innovative and growing Internet auction company and an alternative to eBay, has announced today that it has completed its acquisition of DigiKidz, Inc., a south Florida producer and marketer of personalized DVD products for children, and owner and operator of the Internet e-commerce website, www.digikidz.com. The pending transaction was announced March 21, 2006.
As an Internet marketer with strong strategic distribution alliances in place, the acquisition of DigiKidz is anticipated to increase Bidville's annual revenue and assist it in generating increasing earnings. Terms of the final agreement were not disclosed, however, the agreement called for Bidville to issue shares of its common stock in addition to a common stock purchase warrant in exchange for majority control of DigiKidz. DigiKidz, as planned, will operate as an independent subsidiary of Bidville and will continue to be managed by its senior management.
Based in new facilities in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., with manufacturing and fulfillment operations in Cooper City, Fla., just outside of Ft. Lauderdale, DigiKidz proprietary product line is sold online and through "brick and mortar" retail in the U.S. and Canada, and features personalized English and Spanish language animated stories for children on DVD.
"We are delighted to have concluded the acquisition of DigiKidz, Inc., because of its strong following of family customers, and its many strategic marketing alliances that reach into the family marketplace nationwide," stated Brian Schuster, Bidville's Chairman. He added, "We believe that DigiKidz will become a vital, vibrant part of Bidville that will help us significantly both strategically and financially."
