It has raised its proposed price per share to between $18 and $19, according to a company filing Wednesday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The IPO price will be finalized on Thursday, with trading set to commence on Friday (May 8, 2015) at the Nasdaq, under the ticker symbol "BOJA." Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC) Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities are lead underwriters for the Bojangles IPO.
