Chairman: Rodney P. Hunt
RODNEY P HUNT
He was the founder of RS Information Systems, Inc. (RSIS), an extraordinarily successful business that became a leader in the fields of data technology, systems engineering, and telecommunications.
After co-founding RSIS in 1992, Mr. Hunt led the company through a period of uninterrupted growth, with annual revenues of $300 million, with a professional staff numbered around 2,000 persons and it held approximately 100 prime contracts with civilian and defense agencies of the federal government when he sold the company in 2007.
After that, he went BROKE.
Hunt, 55, who had staved off foreclosure for several years amid massive debts, drug charges and bankruptcy proceedings, had finally suffered the ultimate reversal of his fortunes.
Chief Executive Officer
CONVICTED OF THEFT.
From 1997 until present Mr. LaBarre has served as President/CEO of Hotel Movie Network and Vice President/CEO Coast Communications, Inc. Recently, Mr. LaBarre was CONVICTED OF THEFT and held liable for the theft of Direct TV signals which were then sold to residential customers in Arizona. LaBarre is currently serving a term of five years felony probation. He has also claimed some rather dubious educational credentials. His claimed MBA degree was either purchased from a notorious diploma mill or comes from a community college that offers no such degree. It is difficult to ascertain just which school this degree supposedly originates since he has at various times spelled the name of the school in two different ways. Nevertheless, the degree has zero credibility and can be considered to be fake.
