Ron Brewer, CEO

John Rabbitt, Director of Finance

John Rabbitt is a seasoned business veteran having worked with Fortune 500 firms, including The Pillsbury Company and PepsiCo, and has served in CEO, COO and CFO positions for firms ranging from $5 million-$300 million annual revenue. This experience is enhanced by a 20-year career with one of America's most successful Entrepreneurs (Forbes 102nd wealthiest U.S.A. person in 2008) where Rabbitt was directly involved with numerous acquisitions and served in executive capacities for several multinational subsidiaries. Rabbitt played a key role in assisting the growth of MEI Corporation from $20 million annual revenue to $850 million annual revenue in nine years, at which time it was acquired by PepsiCo.

Chris Gray, President of Studios

Chris Gray is a 30-year veteran of the video game industry, beginning by co-creating the classic "Boulder Dash" game as well as several other classic 1980s video games. He also established Toronto-based Gray Matter Inc. as a leading independent game studio through the 1990s. More recently he served for 10 years as VP & Executive Producer at Electronic Arts, and following that as SVP of Production for Majesco Entertainment. In 2012, Chris co-founded TapStar Interactive, a mobile game publisher that was successfully sold in 2016, and followed that by co-founding MediaPlay in 2017, which is focused on mobile and digital gaming. MediaPlay was recently acquired by Appswarm, Inc. Gray has led both studios and individual game teams as large as 150 people on virtually every significant game platform of the past three decades. Notable titles launched include the Harry Potter franchise, NASCAR, Superman Returns, Littlest Pet Shop, Zumba Fitness, G.I. Joe, Monopoly, Scrabble, Adventures of B.O.B., and Infiltrator.

Steve Wall, President of Publishing

Steve Wall is a 25-year industry veteran, having founded or co-founded six game companies, including Strategy First. As Head of Publishing at Strategy First, Wall oversaw the launch of over 300 games and many affiliate labels, including the Disciples series, Europa Universalis, Hearts of Iron and many others. In 2003, Wall launched Mammoth Entertainment where he partnered with publishers and developers worldwide in helping to bring their products to market. In 2005, Wall co-founded European publisher Lighthouse Interactive which was sold in 2008. Wall went on to co-found another European publisher, Iceberg Interactive. Wall continued his entrepreneurial ways as cofounder of TapStar Interactive, a mobile games company, which he successfully sold in 2016. In 2017 Wall co-created MediaPlay, another mobile focused game publisher and oversaw the sale of the company to publicly traded games company, AppSwarm, Inc.
