Alternative Green Technologies (PINKSHEETS: AGTI) is a public company focused on the commitment to reduce the carbon footprint in the world by acquiring and building companies that help the environment in reducing carbon emissions in addition to reducing worldwide energy costs and waste.

Corporations and individuals increasingly face the challenge of leading the climate change battle and carbon neutrality. Developing methods and products that will manage these potential risks of carbon is a mandate of Alternative Green Technologies, Inc. Our Company will seek to acquire and grow companies and undertake projects which help achieve this reduction either directly or through the creation of carbon offset credits and/or tax credits.

OUR FIRST ACQUISITION - REDDIFORM WORLDWIDE, INC.

ReddiForm Worldwide, Inc. has the exclusive worldwide license in perpetuity to market, manufacture and sell ReddiForm Insulated Concrete Forms ("ICFs"), a green patented building product that allows for reduced energy costs while providing more economies and efficiencies in the construction process for homes, industrial and commercial buildings. It is anticipated that as exclusive licensee, ReddiForm Worldwide will achieve revenues by not only selling ReddiForm to developers, builders and distributors but also by acting as a subcontractor building the frames of homes, commercial and industrial buildings out of ReddiForm primarily outside of the United States. The Company is studying the possibility that it will franchise the new subcontracting model domestically to others for specific territories.

ReddiForm Worldwide has entered the Caribbean market and expects to announce various projects shortly which will allow ReddiForm Worldwide, in partnership with others, the opportunity to build frames for homes and commercial buildings carrying a potential revenue value of several million dollars annually. This is just one of several opportunities that the Company is currently working on.

The green effect, energy savings, insurance savings and development time savings makes ReddiForm a very attractive product overseas where concrete block construction is required. Additionally, ReddiForm structures can be designed for use in Earthquake Zones 4 and 5, and to withstand hurricane winds of 200 miles (330 kilometers) per hour.

Some of the advantages of building with ICFs are that (i) nothing blows through reinforced concrete; (ii) there are no CFCs, HCFCs, formaldehydes, wood rot or mold; (iii) ICF wall systems can support concrete form and roof systems and provide flexibility in design; (iv) outside noises are eliminated while inside noises are contained; (v) homes built with ICF exterior walls require an estimated 44% less energy to heat and 32% less energy to cool.

With homebuyers and commercial property owners increasingly interested in green building, energy efficiency is the place to start. That's because the energy used in homes often comes from the burning of fossil fuels at power plants, which contributes to smog, acid rain, and risks of global warming. So the less energy used, the less air pollution generated.

The current value of the construction marketplace domestically is $1.8 billion for the ReddiForm product. While it can be used in any application requiring poured concrete or cement block, it is being specifically targeted for residential and commercial buildings, foundations, retaining walls, swimming pools, marinas, etc. The greatest penetration to date has been in residential housing. In cooperation with the Portland Cement Association, the Insulating Concrete Form Association is forecasting a 6% market penetration for ICF's in use with above grade wall construction.

ReddiForm has been approved by all major building organizations such as BOCA, ICBO, and the International Residential Code. ReddiForm is an Energy Star rated product because of its insulating capacity and is manufactured with no CFCs and the material used to manufacture ReddiForm ICFs is 100% recyclable. The Company is a member in good standing of the Green Building Council, ACI Standards Committee and Insulating Concrete Form Association of which our Company's Technical Advisor is a founding member and was its chairperson for several years. Our Technical Advisor Ron Ardres is an innovator and leader in the ICF industry.

ReddiForm also engages in community work through organizations such as Habitat for Humanity to help raise the awareness of the Company. Our assistance to communities in need of disaster relief has lead to the establishment of a special vendor relationship with companies such as Lowe's Home Improvement Centers where our product is available on a special order basis.

Alternative Green Technologies is a public entity dedicated to the application of environmental science to conserve the natural environment and all of its resources. Sustainable development is at the core of environmental or green technologies. Our company will seek to acquire and build companies that seek sustainable development as a solution for environmental issues within their particular field and operate in a manner that is socially equitable, economically viable and environmentally sound.

Global warming, urban sprawl, and the depletion of natural resources are now global challenges which our Company will seek to reduce through the acquisition and growth of our subsidiaries. Areas of potential acquisitions will include but not limited to companies involved in the following areas:

Agricultural Waste - Organic wastes which are produced as a result of
agricultural activities can be converted to energy through various
technologies.

Building Products and Materials - Energy used in buildings consumes approximately 30% of the world's energy resources. Products that reduce this consumption can reduce the emission of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

Combined Renewable Energy Technologies - By combining two or more technologies, one can achieve a firm power supply.

Electrical Products - Improving the efficiency of various products so that they consume less electricity.

Energy Distribution - Products which reduce energy distribution losses such as insulation, leak detection and repair and overall improved maintenance.

Energy Management - Effective energy management can reduce up to 20% of energy costs in a business.

Forestry & Energy Crops - Wood can be used as a fuel. Certain crops can also be grown for energy uses.

Fuel Cells - The mixture of certain chemicals across a membrane can generate electricity.

Geothermal Energy - Energy that is extracted from the earth either near the surface or by drilling to higher temperatures located at greater depths. Mechanical heat pumps help create heat and/or power generation dependent upon the temperatures.

Hydrogen - Hydrogen is a major component of clean and sustainable energy systems. Companies are seeking to produce hydrogen from various renewable energy sources.

Industrial Waste - Organic wastes are produced through an array of industrial activities which can then be converted into energy through certain technologies.

Lighting - Lighting is one of the largest influences on the emission of greenhouse gases. Technologies exist which reduce these emissions.

Solar Energy - Energy from sunlight can be converted into heat through various devices for use in residential commercial and industrial buildings.

Solar Power - Materials which when subjected to sunlight can generate electricity.

Waste - Waste can be converted into energy through its organic matter through certain technologies.

Corporations and individuals increasingly face the challenge of leading the climate change battle and carbon neutrality. Developing methods and products that will manage these potential risks of carbon is a mandate of Alternative Green Technologies, Inc.

Sustainable development is resource use that meets human needs while preserving the environment so that human needs can be met in the present and future. Green development prioritizes environmental sustainability over economic and cultural considerations.

A carbon footprint is the total set of greenhouse gas emissions caused directly or indirectly by an individual, organization, event or product. A carbon footprint can be reduced by:

  1. Identification of hot-spots of energy consumption and associated CO2 emmissions;

  2. Buying electricity from companies that generate electricity from renewable energy sources such as wind turbines, solar panels, hydroelectrical plants or from nuclear power plants;

  3. Optimization of energy efficiency;

  4. Identification of solutions to reduce or nuetralize CO2 emissions that do not come from energy saving measures. Carbon offsetting is a prime example.

Our Company will seek to acquire and grow companies and undertake projects which help achieve this reduction either directly or through the creation of carbon offset credits and/or tax credits.

Our Companies

Our first acquisition, Reddiform Worldwide, Inc., owns the license in perpetuity to manufacture and market Reddiform, an insulated concrete form for the building industry. Reddiform's insulated concrete form building technology has served commercial and residential builders, local and state government and energy conscious homeowners since 1990. Buildings, reinforced concrete walls and foundations made from our product offer structural, energy saving and cost saving advantages over traditional construction and standard insulation methods. Reddiform construction provides for more efficient construction, structural stability and a healthier living environment while reducing energy consumption. Some of the advantages include:

30% lower construction costs
Up to 50% less construction time
Better moisture and mold control
More manageable air quality
Greater wind sheer and seismic stability
Greater comfort and lower energy bills

A study, conducted by Dr. Peter VanderWerf of the Boston School of Management and sponsored by the Portland Cement Association revealed that homes built with Insulated concrete forms consume, on average, 44% less energy to heat and 32% less energy to cool that conventional wood-frame homes.

ReddiForm, Inc. was founded in 1990 to develop, manufacture and market the patented ReddiForm insulated concrete form wall system. ReddiForm is an expanded polystyrene stay-in-place concrete form used to build insulated concrete foundations and walls.

ReddiForm has been approved by BOCA, ICBO, FHA, HUD, Oregon DOE, and is engineered to meet or exceed building codes of SBCCI and CMHC. ReddiForm obtained Dade County approvals, which contain the most stringent hurricane requirements in the country. (ReddiForm passed the Dade County impact test in which eight 2x4's were fired at an eight foot ReddiForm wall. There was no penetration nor significant damage to the wall.)

World of Concrete insulating concrete form demo

insulating concrete form systems to a capacity crowd at the World of Concrete in Las Vegas.

Our Chairman, Industry Expert

Ron Ardres Sr. started his own contracting company and began framing houses in northern New Jersey in 1961. By the early 1970’s, he began working for D.I.C. Construction, which, at that time, was the largest concrete form constructor in the United States. With D.I.C., Ron helped build multiple high-rise apartment buildings in New York City and such landmark structures as the World Trade Center, Lincoln Center and the Columbia Presbyterian and Yeshiva Medical Centers. Ron was promoted to foreman, then superintendent with D.I.C. and eventually moved on to constructing schools with Thomas Construction.

On the side, Ron continued to take independent projects and always kept his eye on new building technology. He was the first builder in New Jersey to use floor trusses and he constructed his first full development in 1982.
But a certain project in the late 80’s made Ron realize that ICFs represented the future of construction. He was contracted to build a support wall for a steep embankment, directly next to a one-lane road. The road could not be closed and the customer simply couldn’t afford the cost of the one-sided form that the job would require.

Ron mentioned that he had been reading about a new concept in the industry that promised to be less expensive, easier to construct and just as sturdy as traditional concrete walls. The customer was willing to try the new approach and Ron contacted a company in San Jose that was making the first expanded polystyrene (EPS) concrete forms. Their product was available in Delaware, where Ron picked it up.

In one day, Ron and another man put up a 100 ft. long wall of varying height, with steps. The next day they filled it with concrete. Ron was amazed at the quickness and adaptability of the product, and was impressed that the project’s cost was more than 30% less than it would have been using traditional methods. Ron saw the future of building. He knew that ICFs would revolutionize the industry.

Ron soon began developing his own form, based on simplicity and durability, while reducing waste. His breakthrough, and one of the elements that continues to make ReddiForm the leader in ICF construction, was his groundbreaking interlocking system and corner design. Using hard-earned concrete knowledge, Ron created the first ICF corner form. His visionary curved core design allows concrete to flow within the ReddiForm ICF, using 30% less concrete, while maintaining the strength of a conventional concrete wall. Ron patented his design in 1990 and, with his revolutionary product, started ReddiForm, Inc.

Like all cutting-edge inventions, people were hesitant to believe in this new wave of construction. Ron, who knew the structural soundness of ICFs through experience, and has since obtained all major Building Code approvals for Reddi Form and the product has undergone the most stringent testing in the industry. To date Reddi Form has been utilized in over a thousand projects worldwide to construct buildings, walls and homes that have withstood the test of time (and even hurricanes).
Recognizing great potential for industry growth, the Portland Cement Association (PCA) did extensive testing on ICF construction in the mid-90’s. Impressed with the results, PCA supported the creation of the Insulated Concrete Form Association, which ReddiForm founded with four other companies in 1995.

Ron Ardres Sr. sat as Chairman of the Board of ICFA for its first three years, immediately dealing with executives from CertainTeed, Owens Corning and LaFarge, as well as several other major industry manufacturers who recognized the significance of ICFs. He has since helped the PCA develop its Prescriptive Methods manual for ICF construction and has even sat on the president’s council for PATH, which expedites the process of certifying safe new materials for use in construction.

Ron’s status as an industry expert is undeniable. He maintains a passion for taking on diverse projects and fulfilling his customer’s needs in a faster, cheaper and better way. As he likes to put it, “At ReddiForm, we can do more for less.”
