Durkan. MIKHAIL GALAS, 24, of Vancouver, Washington was arrested in Long Beach, California after he arrived on a flight from Portland, Oregon. He will make his initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. CHRISTOPHER MROWCA, 24, was arrested in Bradenton, Florida and will make his initial appearance in Tampa. ALEXANDER HAWATMEH, 23, of Salem, Oregon is incarcerated in Oregon on an unrelated charge and will appear in federal court at a later date. In addition to the arrests, searches were conducted in Vancouver, Washington, Bradenton, Florida, Salem, Oregon and Boulder, Colorado.

With every SEC Suspension the SEC mandates that no Market Maker shall quote the stocks when trading resumes. That means Grey Sheets for every SEC Suspended stock when trading resumes.

ADSU is definitely on the Grey Sheets.

Correct me if I'm wrong....
ADSU was big news on the "get in quick on this one" websites and newsletters.
When this one was supposed to "break" the OTC markets were down for the majority of the day.
When it did "break", it was already pumped and dumped...luckily I decided not to play this one....everyone should've seen the writing on the wall!!!
I wouldn't play this one even if it was with someone else's money!!!!

It really wasn't much of a pump at all. If anything I would go after those promo sites for having no disclaimers. and all the spam that was done pumping the websites over on Yahoo.

That's MY target right now - this was nothing more than a zombie stock they had "fun" with. APS was head and shoulders above these clowns in terms of the money they made on their pumps. and they certainly lasted for more than a couple days.

I believe one of the registrations for those sites showed the name of an actual person. appeared to be a webdesigner (from Jordan). these guys probably can be tracked from him.
