As expected, FED announced $600 billion QE2. The size of this amount of fiat injection is very toxic,
as it is much larger than the value of what we have in Fort Knox (Gold bullion).
Beware, these fiat are backed by nothing!
September 2011, Fed annoucenced another stimulus action called Operation Twist.
$400 Billion shuffle of short term debt to long term debt a.k.a. kicking the can down the road…
Then on September 13th, 2012, Fed announced open-ended QE3.
There is no limit for rescuing troubled assets until the cows come home!
