BNP Paribas bought Exane asset Mngmt = BNP Paribas Exane
The link sounded like Exane bought JP Morgan Chase, but they didn’t obviously, they bought shares/ took a position.

Everyone under the BNP Paribas umbrella, seems to be going all-in on Zero Carbon.
BNP Paribas owns JP Morgan, both of whom have been welcomed as financial advisors to EXIM’s board.
Have not heard from you in a bit, maybe you came to realize.
Hope all is well.
Just more desperation drivel from chicka. Have you ever copied and pasted anything that amounted to something…..🤔
Thanks Chico. Great information. Just catching up after being offline traveling in the Western US late last week and over the weekend. JPM's involvement is a huge positive IMO.
Can only trust what you actually see to be true here or anywhere else for that matter. That's not cynicism that's reality. I understand details cannot be divulged on matters like this. I hope there are actual details to be kept secret at this point.
Might have been better than what they chose over a year ago Putz. I am guessing Morgan was involved in bringing GX to the table. That did not work out so well.
Wow, I thought I was cynical.
Sure they are. 👍️
I'll believe it when I actually see it.
JPMC are helping NioCorp and EXIM bank put together different financing packages to consider.
That’s a good thing
Doubt it.
However, we have "engaged" JPMC. I wonder if that just means "we asked them for money, since we haven't asked them yet and they haven't said no yet."
I found that to be a feeble, last second shot in the dark "news release" that yielded NOTHING along the lines of trying to satisfy the equity conditions in the cheek-splitter deal they made with the mobsters. Time to dig deep in our ass for 1.4 million dollars.
But hey you might be right. Doubt it.
For the current quarter, expected monthly expenditures fell by more than half to 365k.
Looks like all the extra legal and auditing fees associated with last year's filing issues are over.
YES, YES, and YES!
Game is not over, there is a decent chance for news about money coming in this week imo.
The timeline is frustrating for sure. BUT! The folks that are talking to Stellantis, EXIM, titanium off takers etc. took advantage of near 10-year lows to triple their options despite a poor performance the year before. Kind of takes the sting out of the plummeting share price for them, no? Doesn't that tick you off? Maybe reward yourselves after the job is done?
I am one of the idiots who believed in Mark Smith and Niocorp management. I bought their song and dance for the past decade. The real kick to the head has been telling investors what a great deal it would be to merge with GXII.
It’s absolutely incomprehensible how poorly that deal was and the hundreds of millions of lost market cap since. Then to add insult to injury, they continue to seek financing from toxic lenders and give themselves bonuses and raises with their poor performance!!! Here I am over 60% in the red and I am seeing red as well!
monocle......who is not angry about the time line??????
THE GAME IS NOT OVER YET.....CORRECT?????
That is a great post. Retail was clobbered by management with no regret. Some have moved on and will never come back into the stock. Lasting memory of being fleeced by GX and the SPAC merger. How those guys from GX ever deserved one share is beyond comprehension. I have friends that lost their shirt so far. Still in it but bitter about what has transpired. Moral to the story is never trust anyone but yourself.
Shame on you for being a jerk with an agenda that brings nothing to this board!
Shame on you for being a brain dead cultist.

When I sold it was with reluctance and I had a positive opinion of management. That changed last year.
The merger mess and Mark paying off his loan with Yorkville dollars helped annihilate hundreds of millions of dollars of shareholder value to go along with massive dilution.
Everybody makes mistakes I guess but they rewarded themselves with raises, bonuses, and they took advantage of the low share price with a HUGE stack of options. The previous batch was 538,000 @ $6.95. good for 3 years.
The latest batch after their disastrous miscalculation? 1,625,000 @ $2.99 good for 5 years! That is a gross, greedy money grab at the expense of retail shareholders.
I don't understand why more of you aren't angry?
I did buy some a few weeks ago at $2.10 for a swing trade. Good luck us.
Shame on you to be so negative after you sold your shares…. Never thought you are like all the others….
What is your purpose to act like this?
Want to be sure that you made a right decision long time ago? Therefore you have to pour more fuel on the fire…..

Just my personal opinion —
We shall see.

While this doesn't specifically name any currently anticipated NioCorp products, it certainly reinforces the gov't interest and makes one wonder when the announcements we've all been waiting for will start coming. I think we get closer every day.
Don’t you worry.
lol, they are broke. No money for FS, no money for exim due diligence, no money to study any of the amazing new processes they keep talking about.
Depending on how forgiving their creditors are it is possible (but very doubtful) they have 1.4 left from the 7 they got last month, but making the minimum monthly payment on a credit card with a cash advance from that credit card isn't good business.
Yes. Bless them. They give you the tube to the exhaust pipe to suck on.
Putz and Chico, Thank you for sharing your emails from Jim Sims. Made my weekend much better. also, Thank you to all that are contributing.

Grmps1/Chico …thanks.
Confirms "Jim" is in D.C. not sure about the rest of the team... Non the less very positive momentum now!
When asked about rumors of Niocorp being in D.C.?
RESPONSE:
"I am here in DC, working on several things related to EXIM funding and on government support for our niobium, scandium, and REE development efforts." —

On a side note
In the News Release, It states the qualifier "has not occurred"
It doesn't state, one has occurred.
There is much more to the agreement, and the parties could have mutually agreed on moving or postponing the Measuring Period or the Payment date. No?
Would we have been told if that came in to play?
When will we know for sure?

Putz I think you are trying to pick the pepper out of the fly shit. No cigar this month but at least 1.4M isn't a huge amount of money. Well, it might be if we are broke 🤔. Better luck next month when we start blindly throwing darts on 6-24.
NB is the #1 "Top Performer" on the Russell 2000
May not mean a whole lot yet, but it sure looks nice!
https://www.barrons.com/market-data/indexes/rut
Putz and all, it’s totally clear that all equity conditions must be met simultaneously, as there is an „and“ between the sixth and seventh condition.
They will have to come up with some cash at the beginning of June…
The word "or" does not appear between the requirements. Sorry Putz, I believe you're mistaken.
Check with Jim if you want clarification.
That was my first post, wake up, Mr.
***************
It's Either-Or, Not all!
$500,000.00 volume is all we needed today, for a default event, not to occur.
Moving on, Next Till Please
Wrong. The deal clearly said 120% VWAP of the $2.75 deal. Which is $3.30. Comon you have more brains than that.
There is no event Period! eom
You do have the equity option default event. Now it’s pay up $1.4mm or default. Simple.
You give me too-much-credit! Don't fool yourself!
I was referring to a specific day in a specific measuring period's VWAP that PP describes as the 5 days prior to the Payment date.
I don't believe it refers to taking the hourly average of the one, and first, and only day of the measuring period.
But I don't really know if I'm right or wrong so i will go with the other reason we didn't have a default event. US$500,000.00
OK I'll give you that but it is also clear that we were over $500,000.00
It doesn't say we need all of them, just One
Why can't you have a 1 day vwap? Today's was $2.28 according to ihub.
The wording from the original pr is clear saying that ON EACH TRADING DAY the criteria must be met.
Sorry for yelling too lazy to learn colors or underlining.
You can have a VWAP for a day or any time period. It is Volume Weighted Average Price. Comon, you are smarter than you make yourself look like.
Show me the exact wording that describes each day total
I'm not arguing I just need it to register lol
Because that's not what I see in that paragraph
You cant have a VWAP for 1 day
I think it says the Daily Average Volume must exceed $3.30 (using all days in the Measuring Period)
Help me understand this paragraph please et al.
Doesn't this mean that all days are considered as part of the average and default doesn't happen if the 5 day Daily average is above US$3.30 ?
So in other words every day in the Measuring Period will have the same 5 day average, because it is a constant 5 day period that is prior to payment date!?
***********
120% of the $2.75 conversion price is $3.30
***********
So it is my opinion that todays VWAP won't be todays closing price, but the average of all closing prices in the Measuring Period. So there is no default yet!
Yes, No?
Like LCP said, they needed to meet those minimums each one of the 5 trading days leading up to the first. It isn't an average of all 5 days.
Equity ship has sailed for June, has to be cash next week.
💯 agree. Past is past. We must focus on the vision and future. We all win. Heck it’s a hell of a buying opportunity!

NioCorp Developments Ltd. is a U.S.-based mineral development company focused on developing several superalloy metals from the proposed Elk Creek, Nebraska Critical Minerals Mine. NioCorp plans to produce three commercial mineral products — Niobium, Scandium, and Titanium — from a single ore body in the Midwestern United States. NioCorp's Elk Creek Project is highly unique. It is North America's only niobium / scandium / titanium project. It is the highest grade niobium project in North America. It is one of the largest prospective producers of scandium in the world. Once in production, it will initiate the first production in the U.S. in decades of Niobium and Scandium. All three of the Project's proposed superalloy metals have been designed as "Critical Minerals" by the U.S. Government.
NioCorp is a publicly company that is listed on both the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "NB" and on the U.S.-based OTCQX exchange under the symbol "NIOBF." Shares are also traded on the Frankfurt Exchange, under the ticker symbol "BR3."

Overview of the Elk Creek Project: http://www.niocorp.com/elk-creek-project/
U.S. Geological Society description of Elk Creek Carbonatite
"The Elk Creek carbonatite, located south of Lincoln, has the potential to be one of the largest global resources of niobium and rare-earth elements (REE). These REE's have many important applications in industry, including petroleum-cracking catalysis, steel alloying, and glass polishing, and as sources of permanent magnets and phosphorus for television and lighting.
The Elk Creek carbonatite is buried beneath about 500 feet of overlying rock and is known only from drill cores, which, until recently, have remained proprietary. Scientists from the USGS and the Conservation and Survey Division (CSD) of the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska--Lincoln have studied drill cores."

About NioCorp
NioCorp is developing a superalloy materials project in Southeast Nebraska that will produce niobium, scandium, and titanium. Niobium is used to produce superalloys as well as High Strength, Low Alloy ("HSLA") steel, which is a lighter, stronger steel used in automotive, structural, and pipeline applications. Scandium can be combined with Aluminum to make super-high-performance alloys with increased strength and improved corrosion resistance. Scandium also is a critical component of advanced solid oxide fuel cells. Titanium is used in various superalloys and has extensive uses in aerospace, defense, transportation, medical, and other applications. It also is a key component of pigments used in paper, paint and plastics.
