Valcore, Inc. has closed on a contract for purchase, whereby Valcore will purchase Xutapa Properties, LLC.

Attorney, Vic Devlaeminck, handled legal review and edits.

The assets of the LLC include 77 active and operating wells that are not at full capacity due to outdated technology for extraction.

The wells are located on land that is owned by Osage Nation, in the State of Oklahoma, as administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, as managed by its Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA).

The deal is for sales of shares financing, no equity concessions.

The deal comes with the Osage Nation operator license.

The deal is subject to approval by the Superintendent of Osage Nation, for the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, on the transfer of the assignment of the leases.

For environmental safety from harmful emissions, Valcore will purchase contemporary vapor reduction units, which capture escaping gasses and recycle those back into the holding tanks, where the vapors are disbursed into the oil product.

New and improved technology of nitrogen and water injection, as well as improved drilling technology for lateral drilling, will be brought to the project.

Valcore is looking for a retrofit date for as many as 25 wells, of October, 2022. Work will continue uninterrupted on the remaining wells, until fully updated.
