For me, hearing that $NDVN actually promises customers that if their process doesn't put 50% of all IT incidents automated in the Cloud within 120 days they will give the customer their money back assures me that they have amazing customer support and that they can back it with their technology if they're confident enough to promise that.

Its not the sexiest side of enterprise, but in contemporary business, if you cant keep the digital systems and the data points they manage humming smoothly, you just won't last long against the competition. $NDVN is serving a very needed market.

Yeah bro, Ive worked for companies like that. Its a very common hurdle in growing companies. Good to know you can outsource IT process developmnet to $NDVN. In the end very few companies are in the business of turning a profit by streamlining their IT process (which is why it gets so neglected) but unless focussed attention is given to it in any contemporary business that relies on digital date management ( ALL to one degree or another nowadays) the mess in the kitchen will start to disrupt the customers in the dining room and that business will not be able to focus on the unique product or service they offer in exchange for revenue,
