Legato Merger Corp. III  (AMEX:LEGT) announced it is to acquire technology company Einride, which drives the transition to electric and autonomous freight operations for some of the world’s largest shippers. The deal has an enterprise value of $1.9bn and the expected close date is in H1 2026.

Columbus Acquisition Corp  (NASDAQ:COLA) has announced a deal to acquire global cybersecurity company WISeKey International Holding AG, which uses using Blockchain, AI and IoT to deploy large scale digital identity ecosystems for people and objects. The deal includes $250mm in stock consideration. No closing timeline was given.
